Such a wonderful interaction between two great eminent writers of kannada... U.R.Ananthamurty is evergreen writer....and Vaidehi gave an effective structure to the day to day incidents in her works....soughandhi's soliloquy is one of my favourite short story by her...

In many of Vaidehi's stories I have read, the central characters are enigmatic and unpredictable, leaving the reader hooked till the end, searching for the answer for their weird behaviour, not succeeding always! Her simplicity, candid and daring opinions, especially about women, expressed in the conversation are commendable. Please upload the rest of the programme.

What a treat! I am grateful to my parents who insisted that we children study in Kannada medium. What treasures we would have missed but for that education! Smt. Vaidehi's ability to create the "mannina vaasane" is truly amazing.Hope we do not lose our riches to the pressures of homogenization of cultures. Prof.UR as ever so adept at interpretation and presenting Smt. Vaidehi in the broader context of literature.

Balakuntalam Sridhar same here, as a IIM almini initial days of my education I struggled a lot because of language problem. Now after reaching saturation point in life getting more and more addicted to Kannada, now I'm feeling sence of true knowledge ( started by Tejaswi, then karanth, kuvemphu, now Murthy list is going on)
Glad to tell with all these inspirations started writing ( two novels ... Almost finished)
