For me I would say the design between the 13 pro and the 12 pro is a whole big difference but my main thing I like about this phone is probably the design
I can't wait to see more on this phone
That's a freaking cool phone. Just bought an oppo reno 8 pro and it's amazing.
this phone still lacks many things!
1. Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner
2. Periscope zoom camera
3. USB Type-C 3.1
4. 4k front facing video recording
Wait for the ultra version
@@kaltrimkluna4515 Xiaomi 13 Ultra won't have Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner not sure about about 4k front facing video recording! but it will surely offer dual zoom cameras one with periscope lens and it will also have USB Type-C 3.1 or 3.0
Amazing unboxing video!
The camera setup looks really cool 😎
Great video Tim, I just bought my Xiaomi 13 pro here in the Philippines and I wanted to thank you for your channel, which I just subscibed to. Concise, direct and no fluff. I am a believer, LOL
Thank you Tim!
Aww. I miss your old name. QBking77. Im getting old.
😲 omg you hearted it. Made my day. Thank you so much for the effort in making your videos.
Waiting for the Oppo Find x6 . That will have 4 updates and 5 years security patches.
It looks so big, is the battery five thousand MAH?
Why not set dark mode first thing when going to display settings?
The good thing about these phones. Is it comes with 2 screen protectors. I've still got the same one I originally put on and the screen has lasted. I'm due to upgrade to this phone in 3 months. And I will be going with it as this one hasn't done me wrong.
Why would you spend so much money on a Xiaomi device. It costs £1k+ here Samsung is clearly the better choice in that price range
@@ulysses4989 it's a valid point. But the contract price was either 40 pound a month for the xiomi or 70 pound a month for the new Samsung at the time.
Whether it be the 13 or the 13 Pro it is a good-looking phone. Obviously, the designers put a lot of effort into the build quality. They both look like very nice smartphones. However, there are a few things that would definitely cause me concern. First off, connectivity here in the United states. Their phones seem to be hit or miss in that category. Secondly, this is a company that is not known for timely updates. In fact, even if they do give you timely updates there's probably only going to be around 3 years of them. Conversely, the OnePlus 11 and the Samsung Galaxy s23 series are both offering 4 Android version updates with an additional 5 years of security patches. Taking that into consideration, why would I buy a xiaomi? Especially, when I could purchase the 16 GB of RAM with 256 GB of storage Oneplus 11 for $799.99 United States currency. Finally, the question a third party support has to be asked. Will it be hard to find screen protectors and cases for these two devices? Again, there's not going to be an issue finding cases and screen protectors if you purchase a OnePlus or a Samsung. Strictly speaking, I think both of these xiaomi phones look amazing but, there are other factors that have to be considered. Especially, when you take into consideration the price tag that xiaomi has attached to them. At the end of the day, what is the best value?
Xiaomi now offers 4 years of OS updates and security, I don't know about connectivity for you in the US but in my country they perform well and I'm happy with my Redmi. My phone has received updates and all that was promised on time if not it was merely a few days off than promised which isn't such a big deal. This phone is perfect and honestly a tad bit better than oneplus 11. Only problem is the price they attached to it which completely destroys what Xiaomi is about which is affordable devices
@@str8xrippin doesn't happened here
@@str8xrippin nope Xiaomi 13 series offers 3yrs OS update and 5yrs security patch update
@@str8xrippin I've had a couple of their phones and I never got updates on time. In addition, they do not offer for years of updates here in the United States. Maybe overseas where you live at, not here.
@@dr.fitprofessor1970 well that's a bummer, I find it hard to side with the 13 pro due to price which leads me to their 12T pro which is better bang for buck in my eyes and I don't need a phone to do heavy computing just day to day things which should be fine
0:40 unboxing
There any standard buds coming in the box with this phone?
HinTim. Great review followed by a sub. I forwarded several times but glad yiu said for now. Please dive deep into the phone and tell us about the IR Blaster and whatbit can do that most phones aren't doing.
Looks like a flagship quality device
All right brother
It is a flagship better than s23 plus from samsung
I have a question this cell phone works well in the United States the truth is that the device is powerful I hope you can answer me
I know xiaomi 13 and 13 pro are dope, but my eyes are on xiaomi 13 lite (it's basically what Poco X5 pro should've been) also it is the phone that I want.
Dont get the lite.
Ugly front cam
Please review Xiaomi 13 too.
Watching from the newly bought second hand xiaomi 13 pro 😂 the phone is still expensive in nov 2024 but the camera is just amazing!
will the international version also have Hyper OS ? 😢
Big camera bump i see it now like soo last year
Is it worth it to buy this phone?
Y is it that companies like Xiaomi understand what consumers want in the box while Apple, Samsung, and Google can’t figure it out? God forbid they go the extra mile and put a case in the freaking box and an actual charging brick. Oh I forgot they like to treat their customers like they have the brain of a fish by telling them it’s to help the environment when anyone with a brain can clearly see it’s to get more money
release date?
that is NOT a 1 inch sensor, the camera array (module) is probably an inch though.
Does the charging brick comes with a U.S. charging plug?
Let your followers know where to purchase if they want one
Nice body design but I still love my 12t pro ❤️
Very nice 👍
Ey tim do a test vs p60 pro 12gb 512gb
My favourite brand all time is Xiaomi
I have to choose between s22 ultra and xaiomi 13 pro !
Xiaomi 13 pro is best and cheaper
@@paschalnwankwo2703 what about S23 ultra 😅
@@paschalnwankwo2703 lol it’s almost flagship price. At that point stick with apple/Samsung. Even the one plus 11 is cheaper and better.
@@paschalnwankwo2703 In my country, the S22/S23 Ultra is wayyy cheaper than the Xiaomi 13 Pro. Even the iPhone 14 Pro Max is cheaper.
What about the xiaomi 13
everytime pewds posts a video my day gets better. honestly
