Tbh the benefit from 9 shimmerscales is the gold you gain from it, The Crown is not as good as i think, you do 2k damage you kill 1 unit and with 1 million damage/4s you still kill 1 unit 🤔, way too overkill, good against tank at least but not that reliable

Did you even watch the video my dude? The shimmerscale 9 item gives you 9001x your gold as true damage. Basically every 4 seconds your next auto attack guaranteed kills a unit. He made the mistake to put it on a soraka, but it still worked because his yasuo carried.
best item still is crown of champions, me friend had a 9 shimmerscale game yesterday with crown of champions, his aatrox did 3.7 million dmg every round that shit was broken

best is for sure high attack speed utility unit, attack speed bc if u have really slow attack speed it could be sitting on 4 stacks for like .25 seconds whereas unit who is spam attacking will proc the hit 1 ms after the charge comes up. could be deciding factor in some fights
