2006 -2007 was a great couple of years. I was actually down there on behalf of Atlantic with Fiend for Trick Daddy too! I Produced “Duck Down” for Trick feat Notorious BIG and Plies. That’s when I moved to Atlanta and the rest is History! DC, we are actually connected through other people, but we have yet to link! We need to chop it up! Blessings Bro!
Cannon remix is one of my favourite record ever. I still remember hearing Bussa Bus version with T.I. the very first time…BLEW MY MIND!!! Rewinded Busta verse so many time, I know by heart. T.I & Weezy bodied their verse too of course! Incredible timeless record. Crazy this was originally made for Trick Daddy. Great episode to start the new year. Salute Don Cannon! 🫡🏆
I've seen a lot of people use the Asr-10, Sp1200, Roland MV8800 and whatever MPC popular at the time. But you're the only person I've ever seen using a Asr-pro. I started making beats on the mpc 1000 and the grid made everything make sense, so I don't see how you ASR and SP guys made beats with out one. That's crazy but thanks for the inspiration and knowledge.
Large pro used an ASR X as well. I think cannon gotta remake alot of these beats because the ATF took his OG machine back in 2007. Hopefully cannon got it back.
5:54 Just an FYI, you can split the left and right signal of a sample in FL Studio Through SliceX. I do it all the time for drums, so yes, you can do it on computers too!
If I'm not mistaken Willie The Kid said that was originally his song but due to him being Unknown at the time is the reason what caused the record to be shopped around.
One of Wayne's most legendary Wayne verses. I see this beat as the evolution of posse cut beats. Without this track would we get One Train? The fact that Detroit Red and Fiend were part of it is crazy. Gunshots in the beat were part of the era, shoutout WhooKid, right! Curious what you might have featured on that Lil Scrappy GUnit project? I think that project was like '07. I remember hearing "The Affiliates" on EVERYTHING back then.🔥
Dope insight and channel! You should ask each producer for a few go to drums sounds,fx etc. and build a kit for your subscribers, since you got all the behind the scenes access! Keep up the great work! Would be dope to have sounds, loops from Mike n Keys,Rance Cool n Dre etc.
JUST COMING TO THE VIDEO. THE INTRO LOOKS INTERESTING AND YOU WILL MOTIVATE ME TO DO MY VIDEO EDITING. THANK YOU SIR FOR ALLOWING ME TO WITNESS YOUR CREATIVITY
One of the hardest beats to date 🔥. 🗣️CANNON!!!
Couldn’t even believe this track when I first heard it. Still hits as hard today as it did back then.

Canon, Nottz, and Static Major used the ASR X like crazy.
🔥🔥
Nottz used the ASR-10 61 keyboard. I have one at the crib right now that I had for years.

@GetInTouchTV what was his og maschine. I assume the feds woulda took all the files he saved his beats on.
@@theoluproject it was the ASR X PRO like he has in the video. Those things are rare and hard to find. My cousin had 1 (RIP).
I think Cole used to use the ASR X
