What phone are you using with this? From your experience it seems like the screen works better with Android phones than iOS. (In addition to pixelation and aspect ratio problems, I cannot use audio from iPhone-connected headphones while watching, though this may be an iOS limitation more than one with the zenscreen go.)
I used an android device, but I also connect a Macbook and it seemed to work great. One thing I found with audio was that you need to connect the audio device after connecting to the screen to work. For example I had to connect wireless with my phone to the screen and then my headphones via bluetooth for them to work
, is a lifespan of these LCD depends on the battery life? Or say if the battery is dead after a few yr., can you still use the screen by plugging the USB power cord to a USB port?

I bought one but with my iPhone 14 pro it shows the “dynamic island” camera hole punch even when in TH-cam, and the phone screen is too long resulting in black bars both on the top and on the side in addition to being pixelated 😢 casting to it like a chromecast looks better on TH-cam but videos tend to take long to buffer and there are fewer features, eg no playback speed control.
Yeah the aspect ratio is a problem if you don't have controls to change it to show the displays aspect ratio. It is strange that it is casting the dynamic island, probably because it is part of the display, because it changes as things happen. There is probably a way to share the screen where it won't show, but maybe that is just an ios thing

I would say if either would die first, it will probably be the battery before the display and then it should still run on the power cable I assume.

I will have a look around. I also found that some need a wire and aren't wireless and touch.

No point for me as I use hotspot and it will not connect even if the app works. Needs WI FI.
