Hello, I am from the Western Cape South Africa, and immediately recognized the scenes filmed along The Garden Route South Africa. The most beautiful jungle scenes. and some on the beach scenes. Come to South Africa and travel the Garden Route for the most amazing travel experience. I run a guesthouse in a small town called Hermanus. When our guests depart, they all continue to travel along the beautiful Garden Route.
I also recognized a few familiar South African actors. Wonderful to see South Africa on film. Best part of the movie, was that there was no swearing.
Sounds idyllic, I’d love to go.........some day. 🐢

He would be my neighbour if I still lived on the orchard I grew up on. He's a kiwi and lives on a vineyard across the road called two paddocks.

This is very well written and directed version of the book based on a tale of man who was found after 8 years living alone on a island.

There was a children’s series of classic books which my parents gifted to me each Christmas. This one, Sherlock Holmes, Tarzan. I’d get hooked on each one and look for the rest of the particular series of each book at the library or ask for them for my birthday, or save my chore money to buy another.
Always been fascinated by Robinson Crusoe, then being shipwrecked near Tahiti with my father in 94 I seem to be drawn to pirates all my life just wish the treasure would turn up arrrr

This is a funny movie that makes me lol. I love it.
Well I'd say these guy's are some of the best carpenters in the history of the known world. Pretty fancy huts, walkways, block n tackle, overhead pulley rope travel system, wheeled machines apparatus, with little to no saws, tools, ropes or they made them too.....oh I forgot this is a movie!
And modern shovels that have no business being there!
Only Americans could imagine cannon washing up on a beach!!! Comedy Gold!!!!
Aaaaw sooo much fun and the acting is great - having such a ball - I'm still busy watching hehe

Sort of like Gilligan's Island, where they could make a nuclear reactor out of coconut shells & bamboo fronds, but couldn't build a boat
