I'd highly recommend Saint Aviation. I purchased all my Dynon Avionics for my Zenith Cruzer build from Saint and Jesse was a huge help especially for this newbie when it comes to a "Glass Cockpit".

Great video. Good insight into the RV-10 from a builder assist specialist. He's been doing it a long time and his results show it.

And gear a little wider apart for stability and shorter prop blades to avoid potential strikes in the inevitable hard landing.

$375k for an RV10 is full on no expense spared.....still half the price of an SR22.

Does this shop still do custom RV10 builds?

We could hear you just fine, but Mr Saint was hard to hear at times. great video otherwise.

I'd like to see a true 200kts with 285 hp IO540 or something. 160 true is the best with the 390-119.

The whole kit is under 80k. So damn. The chute adds 100+ lbs to it too. So your 100 lb baggage capac just went down to 50 lbs with two pax, range just dropped under 660nm. No thx. Just buy a SR20 for 170k.

I'm curious how these builder-assist aircraft meet the FAA 51% rule for verified amateur construction. What I see is a far cry from providing shop space, specialized tools, and technical consultation. I'm not knocking the superior workmanship, but these appear to be more than 49% professionally built.

A long time from your post, I know, but the 49% is the limit for the manufacturer of the kit. The 51% can be completed by the builder or builders. Help is allowed, it just can’t be done by Vans, in this case.

Just absolutely terrible audio volume control. Can't watch it.
