Besides settings, you should really use a Manual pitch editor on top of autotune if you don’t use autotune pro. Or use autotune pro with graphical. That way, your vocals are perfect. Autotune just by itself will have glitches or fluttering that’s inevitable and unavoidable if you’re not singing literally every note on key. Record, use autotune, then melodyne or graph mode to make your Vox perfect.

The two main things I did was make sure the was excellent mic placement on the singer (it can take some pickiness to get it right) & making sure the preamp gave enough headroom going into Pro Tools. The rest was EQ decisions post recording.

Hey what's up? It's not a dumb question; that knob leaves more questions than answers lol, but it's independent of the pitch settings and is used solely to tame the natural vibrato of a performance. It’s default setting of 0, will not affect the original vibrato, but adjusting will minimize 0r maximumize the amount of vibrato allowed.
Checkout the song “I Will Always Love You” sometime. When she sings & holds out the word “I” she holds it out & turns it into multiple syllables even though the word “I” is actually only 1 syllable itself. This technique is called melisma.

I have efx+ cuz that’s all I could afford but imma apply what I can here on my vocals 4 singing
Efx+ is a really dope plugin. The humanize control on it will at least help for sustained notes sounding more natural.

Auto-Tune works in any DAW & interface. 🤷🏻♂️😂 There is a low latency mode on it too for tracking.
