Fujin is probably the most chill out of the Elemental Gods Of Earthrealm, doesn't take things seriously or doesn't get too heated until a fight is actually about to happen. And he knows how to be open to ideas and listen. I feel he would work better as the God of water because he is more fluid and open to interpretation like water is.
Gases are more fluid than water, mate.
