He’s such a really dope, humble guy. A lot of opportunity to talk trash like the host but never once said anything sideways. Lots of respect to this man.
Guy doesn't even know who he's interviewing. That's the sign of an awful interviewer... gotta do your homework before you bring a celebrity onto your show
Chad-Michael Simon I just listened and re-listened and neither had until that point spoken about any Tom. Check that again; 2:12 Rosenbaum clarified "Tom" as Tom Welling, the guy who played Superman. How could you say otherwise?
Ian Rosner he's interviewing Michael Rosenbaum, not Smallville. Rosenbaum is more than just "Lex Luthor from Smallville." You're not saying he should "do his homework on all of the people Rosenbaum has worked with.
Chris Fuentes Why are you using quotation marks? I never said he was interviewing Lex Luthor. Oh man you and Chad Michael are really mixing things up. If a caller asks about Allison Mack, the actress from Smallville, and Michael Rosenbaum, the actor who plays Lex Luthor from Smallville, uses the name Tom, everyone who ever watched that series would know who he's talking about (Hint: Tom Welling, the actor who played Clark Kent). This interviewer didn't know it. This show lasted 10 years. Lex Luthor is a huge part of Rosenbaum's filmography, (dare I say his largest role?). If you don't know that, you haven't done your homework as an interviewer. If you disagree, you'd probably make an awful interviewer.
So weird, “ it’s okay to be 25 and like 18 year olds, it’s okay to be 36 years old.” Okay bud, but Michael just said that’s too young for him, and that’s admirable and respectful. Not that there’s anything wrong with age gaps but there’s something weird about immediately expecting all men to want younger women. I respect that he held professionalism over drive 👍

randy johnson I understood what Mysterious Enigma meant. Going from 17 to 18, which is only a *one year* difference, doesn't magically make you have the mentality and appearance of what a mature adult is supposed to be by society's/media's standards. It's odd how one day before your 18th bday, you are off limits, and shouldn't be looked at or talked about at all, like a villian from a Harry Potter book, but once you hit the exact time of your birth and become 18, everything is 👍👌 A-OK, as if you _instantly_ look and act differently from the minute before. *Edit:* Plus, lots of people find a 10 or more age gap between people are usually weird before the 50 year mark, for some reason. It's definitely a grey line in morals of today. Now 60+ years ago, well.....
I didn’t so much have a problem with the 18 dating a 25 year old thing because to me that doesn’t seem like a huge age difference. The part that got me was when he said “even if you were 36”. There is a huge difference between 18 and 36. There’s also a huge difference between 25 and 36.
Joseph DiSalvo 25 is when a girl hits the wall that’s when she starts losing it looks Which I’m guessing Do you only women you could get are in their 50s that or your right hand
Michael was the best Lex Luthor ever. And in real life he seems to be so freakin chill. I could listen to him talk about stuff for hours. So freakin cool.
It's weird, whenever someone does something really bad and crazy like murder, cult stuff, rape, etc, people expect everyone around them to have known and seen all these signs but, no one knows everything about their friends and family, especially a coworker, everyone puts on a different face, so it shouldn't be surprising that her friends didn't know. Would they have wanted to work with her or be friends with her if they knew?
This host is a little odd .i like when rosebaum said he doesn t put himself in dangerous situations im the same way i wont get sick drunk or do drugs to have friends or be popular .smart man
There was an episode where Allison screamed for help. In that moment I thought she was in trouble in her real life. It still gives me chills recalling that moment. My gut was right.
Michael was clearly uncomfortable and a little frustrated, while trying to be as nice and respectable as possible to the host. He didn't want to bad mouth his former costars. But also, I wonder how the comments would look if it was a guy instead of a woman in a sex cult
I don' t think it was fair to put Mickael on the spot like this, but he came out of it a gentleman..the interviewer however was a bit of a stirrer in his questions...
Yeah. I would have expected, especially out of respect to her and what she's been going through inside that group, to remain quiet and not get coerced or manipulated into talking about it because this mullet having punk ended up sucker punching him by bringing it up.
Very impressed by Michael’s ability to not have words put in his mouth by not agreeing to things despite it being attempted repeatedly by Theo. Theo’s kind of almost trying to conversationally bully him into agreeing with things at times, but Michael stays collected and cognizant.
Hosts/interviewers have to ask that when a guest just throws out a first name. Not everyone is going to know all the details of everything every guest has done if they are regular viewers of the show. Not everyone just snipes an episode because they are fans of the guest.

+the truth Haha dude Theo was so serious about it in that moment and seemed confused that Lex Luther had to be told to admit it. Honestly I'm never really too sure when he's being serious or when he's joking. These podcasts are so damn entertaining.
Best takeaway from this 16 min interview: the interviewer is a number one creep who was objectifying a girl and trying to make a guest trash talk his co-star and is also seemingly involved in some really questionable things whilst Micheal Rosenbaum is a really humble and classy person who doesn’t like to trash talk people no matter what bad things they have been known to do.
Lets not forget that Allison had initials forcibly branded into these womens flesh. Shes not some innocent victim in this. I talked to a guy on my podcast that was friends with these girls back then. Kristen Kreuk knew more than shes letting on as well.
Kristin didn't join the Inner circle and left years before the alleged incidents against Allison. You say she knows more, but I've heard of no one saying she was at all involved in anything illegal (Kristin). I'm sure when she left the group, Allison froze her out because that's what people in a cult do. No allegations from any of the victims, so don't make your own allegation without some proof please.
You could have just asked for proof instead of being snotty th-cam.com/video/22Ice72a7gs/w-d-xo.html Also when you look at the timelines this shit has been going on for a long time. They're only charging people with stuff going back to 2015 because that's all they can prove. Been going on a lot lot longer than that.
Well Kristen was the one who brought Allison on to the cult so she clearly knew something and ended up freaked out and probably why she left so early on.
Yeah i thought that was a lil far. I can see 25 & 18 but 36 that's twice her age. But in Hollywood that shit is normal. 16yrs old dating 25yr olds and everyone cool with it. No rape charges
Michael had to know it some point he was going to be asked about that whole situation, even though he had absolutely nothing to do with it.. Tom should know too....

I understood what Mysterious Enigma meant.

Also when you look at the timelines this shit has been going on for a long time. They're only charging people with stuff going back to 2015 because that's all they can prove. Been going on a lot lot longer than that.
Also keep in mind while watching that that Nikki, Kristen and Allison were practically in seperable
th-cam.com/video/HGdSRjfqxAM/w-d-xo.html
Well Kristen was the one who brought Allison on to the cult so she clearly knew something and ended up freaked out and probably why she left so early on.
That's what I assume too. Kristen though claims she knew nothing at all.
Michael seems like the type of guy I wanna hang out with.
Anybody else get a creepy vibe from this interviewer? This guy’s a weirdo.
Lol shut up
Yes. Scoring the girls 😒
Dude he talked about fucking teenagers and then beating up a woman(and losing). Yeah he's a creep
Whoever cast him as Lex Luthor totally nailed it.
18 & 36? Normal? Creepy is more like it
nature collector he said 26
@@iTGrover No, Theo said ''Even if you were 36 it'd be OK''.
Yeah i thought that was a lil far. I can see 25 & 18 but 36 that's twice her age. But in Hollywood that shit is normal. 16yrs old dating 25yr olds and everyone cool with it. No rape charges
@@iTGrover he said both, lol
both of which are definitely creep-ish....
25 and 18 is miles better than 30+ and 18 but....still....lol
Who cares smh, if they're both consenting adults, and sex is after marriage ( yeah, you heard that right, sex after marriage, my opinion stfu)
God I miss smallville
Its on Hulu !
- bts fan
I'm watching with fam
Michael had to know it some point he was going to be asked about that whole situation, even though he had absolutely nothing to do with it.. Tom should know too....
I'm sure he had a feeling it would come up, but what do you say? It's like finding out a classmate of yours robbed a bunch of banks years later. You sort of knew them, but didn't really.
nmr20067 that happened years after smallville
D. San True.... They had nothing to do with it and no one on show accept maybe Kristian(Lana) saw anything or was involved...
