At the end you can seethe old krauser come back. He's proud of him and I think At the end he realized he messed up
I love that part. It gave Krauser a little more personality. Overall, remake Krauser is excellent and a damn good villain

One of the reasons Krauser went off the reservation is because his team got hung out to dry by Uncle Sam. I really really liked that they added that to his story. A good fit for his character.

or he was always in there. this krauser seemed almost suicidal. wanting to die with the rest of the squad, but he wanted to die in battle and for one reason or another wanted leon to do it

I can hear he is desperate, feeling hopeless with what happen in his voice, saying something like if only he have a power back then, his mens will not dies he can protect them

A lot of people forgot about Jack Krauser, I really enjoyed him being brought back in Re4 remake, not to mention the character needed a more developed story of his own after so many years
I like his voice * shrug * hell he’s my fav besides Luis . Honestly his voice low key reminds me of Jerome Valeska from Gotham

The difference between getting caught offguard and not. Also Leon actually making up his mind that Krauser has completely lost it and has to be dealt with.
Well, if Mercenaries is anything to go by, he was going a little easier on his rookie to even the playing field. He wanted to be killed by Leon's best.

It depends, guns are heavier to pull out and aim, knives on the other hand you can just pull out and you'll know where the edge is I think.
The faster is the master of the weapon, not the weapon itself, a gun can be faster than a knife when the gun belongs to a trained SAS member and the knife to some random dude

Not personally a fan on how the back story with operation javier on krauser becoming evil has changed. It was well done in dark side chronicles with Leon, Manuela, Krauser together and him getting injured and dispatched from the US government.
Nothing against the VA, but they don't make for a good Krauser. He sounds like a 15 year old trying so hard to do a Heath Ledger Joker impression.

Luis just died like that, seriously wdf. I am not even sure why he was killed off in the first place, doesn't add anything to the story - and its not even emotional.
The video doesnt show the full scene, only the parts krauser is in. The actual full scene was actually really sad. and a lot of the things he adds to the story are things you find out about him after hes gone.

When I heard this man speak, my brain began calling him Kyle Krauser. He sounds so weak and whiny and bitchy. Of all things to get wrong I feel voice work was the one that was blundered the hardest in this game.
To me, the voice actor sounds like he's doing an impression of Heath Ledger's Joker.

@@Saint_Wolf_ in the og he doesn't even have any emotion I mean he just talks literally with emotionless but in remake he is so cooler becuz at first when I heard him first time i thought the og one was better but after few days of hearing and habituating i liked his voice way better than the og becuz the way he sounded so good like a villain suits perfectly
@@killermove9524 doesn't have any emotion? What does that mean? Krauser isn't a flat and monotone voice, he's just not given as much material as in the oirignal game, you could have easily a voice actor that sounded a bit more tough and with more gravitas to his voice do better with the same material.
@@Saint_Wolf_ but i like this krauser way very much it doesn't matter what u say and its not that easy to voice act someone and especially villain characters and especially what they did in re4 remake with krauser was spectacular and it was really good and of course the og krauser was more intimidating but this krauser looks and also sounds like a proper villain and even the boss fight and whole thing about krauser and the death was way better than the og so overall I m saying krauser is better in this game
They ruined Krauser. Not as bad as everyone else but he feels like he’s trying way too hard in the booth with his lines. Roid rage city when in the original he was calm, cold & only loyal to Wesker. That knife spin in the originaL is epic!!!!
For me this is when Capcom gave Krauser Justice. I mean, his backstory wasn't explained even in half in the original game. We didn't even know why he wanted to kill Leon when they were friends, probably on the same military stage and "comrades". In remake they were separated to mentor/student. Krauser in remake didn't saw Leon as a friend or something like that. They had respect and trust for eachother during Javier etc. That got ruined because of what happened to Krauser's team. In original we know about as much as we know about the merchant and his relation to Duke.
