- The T & T Natural Artisans Group hosted their 6th Mango Melee Fair and Trade festival. This was our first time going and God willing, it will not be our last. This group showcases and markets value added products which are all made by our very own local artisans. We arrived a bit later than we hoped to, due the rain, so we missed some of the exciting events, but there was still so much to see and enjoy. The girls and I know that we have local talent, but we were not prepared for the absolute high degree of craftmanship which greeted us at these stalls. It was indeed a celebration. Enjoy.

Mangoes have tons of vitamin C,possibly 50% of your daily intake. I think B6 and Vitamin A. This is extremely beneficial to a woman’s aging process. I personally live for all things vitamin C for my immune system and of course the aging benefits. Let there be no wrinkles please!😮
