Madden 19 is the 2nd year in a row where the entire soundtrack is rap/hip-hop, and it's the worst kind of rap. I just mute it and listen to my own music.

I just came back to 7his album aGain today. It really *is* quite a masterpiece. This album truly helpsz mEi SL4Y *demonic* wet vachinuz. Incubus has a bigger band and like elevendy four albums and a dj. Both are incredible groups. A lil bit the same. Two great vocalists with very similar tone and approach. Audiovent needs to drop 1-7 more albums. They must not like Lucysatan very much hence the beast system never championed Audiovent. I heard The Energy single late late night ages ago. I originally was told this was incubus back in the day. The voice sounded familiar at the time so, like McFly I believed it, only to find out years later it was the younger brother of Brandon and the band was Audiovent. This song really rocked. And of course they dissapeard like a magician.

These guys are the younger brothers of Incubus. Their sound came from the early '90s, and they were a breath of fresh air by 2002 because real rock was mostly dead by then.
Except back then people were saying the same things you just said, about bands like this, while waxing poetic about older music just like you are right now.

These guys played before Saliva in BMT TX when i was 17. I'm 36. It started raining and Saliva (who I didn't like then nor ever) refused to play). We booked them off the stage and these dudes came back out and played and fucking killed it! Every one who was in the front was covered in mud by the end of the set. Mad props!!

I believe if everyone in a thread didn't like your music, then I don't think a record label would take a chance on signing you up if nobody would even listen.
If your work got stolen, you should've been smart enough in the first place to guard your work. I doubt it was stolen. Your music sounds 50x worse than this, subjectively of course. Why couldn't you get a band together and make it sound as good as this band? Did you lack "intellectual property?"
You're not as witty as you think you are and I also doubt you understand the concept of intellectualism.
For one, your song has different tempo. It's not even played in the same key. Might I add, this song doesn't even have an acoustic guitar like yours did.
If you were in any way intellectual, you would've copyrighted your work. If anything was stolen of yours, it'd be the lyrics, which doesn't even sound similar. You can't sue someone if they took your song name. You can't sue someone if they had a few similar lyrics but had a different chorus. If the key is different, the tempo is different, the lyrics are mainly different, and your work is not copyrighted, you can't sue them.
Anyone would know this. Why wouldn't Fedarro be unable to sue his impostor for taking his music? That's strictly because the music industry doesn't work the way you assume it does. Let me guess, did Brandon Boyd of Incubus steal your music too? You do know Jason Boyd, the singer of Audiovent, is younger brother of famous Brandon Boyd?
You said summer of 2002, but Audiovent didn't even break up until mid to late 2004. They broke up because: "There was never a lot of synergy in Audiovent ... The band members wouldn't compromise on artistic agendas. There was a conflict every time we turned around. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done."
It was primarily due to 'creative differences.' You can make all these false claims to make yourself look like a hero and beat a dead horse, but it makes you look far from 'intellectual.' I believe Jason Boyd is now part of a group that fits his taste.

If you want more people to listen to your badly produced music, you should do it by other means than lying to get publicity, such as beating up a dead band with false accusations with no record on the net of such a scenario.

God this brings back memories. First time I saw them was in a small venue here in Memphis thats on Beale St. Im pretty sure they were touring with Theory of a Deadman but im not totally sure. All I can remember is how much better they were than the headliner. Became an instant fan that night. Must have been 15 years ago or something lol.
