Hi, they sell the fakes even on amazon :-/ My partner was so annoyed and wrote them several repleys. In the end he diddn`t want to do the fake one and bought YOUR ORIGINAL. It´s so much better, espeicially the lighting - they put a simple fairylight string in :-/ I did the fake one, it`s very much work- all the little pieces must be cut out and of course break often. I did it for "practise", but would never again buy a cheap one!! Yours are simply the best and much fun, too. I hope I get another one for Christmas :-)
I just completed my CuteBee Dollhouse Eternal Bookstore kit. My first kit was a gift from a different supplier. It was the WORST! Fortunately, the first sheet of pieces was missing which tipped me off to examine the rest of the components. The print quality of the pieces was deplorable! Print colour density was weak and the cut lines of the pieces were not in register with the print!The instructions were so poorly printed that I could not decipher them! I immediately returned this kit and received a full refund, gave it a bad review on Amazon and ordered a CutyBee. Quality of the CutyBee was no comparison! Everything that the “knock off” kit failed in, CutyBee excelled at! I thoroughly enjoyed assembling the CutyBee! All pieces fit with exacting precision - no frustration! The final result is spectacular! 100% satisfaction. CutyBee was considerably more expensive, but soooo worth the price!
One of the first steps is to glue on the little lantern. I recommend doing it much later, as I've managed to break mine several times while assembling other parts. This last time, I'm not sure if I can fix it.
I broke it at one of the really slim parts so I couldn't fix it as hard as I tried. So I had to stick a slim piece I broke of one of the boards and sort of paste it to the rest with that
I can't wait to complete mine! It's a gift for after my surgery so I'm working on it slowly as I'm recovering. The level of detail is insane, I love it!!

I added my own personal touches to it. I burned the edges around some of the paper bulletins before sticking them onto the wall. I tied the rolled newspapers with white twine that I dipped into tea to make it look old. My only complaint about this was that the switch for the lights are in the back. Not a very handy spot!
I’m currently working on this kit. I have a lot of experience building dollhouses, and this kit is extremely impressive. I think the quality of this kit is A+! It’s challenging but as it comes together I can’t believe how cute it is. I plan to purchase more kits from this brand.

I am missing the paper for the books, when I went through the cutebee web page they showed how the counterfeit looked with missing parts. So no it wasn't on sale and this product was shipped out of a false distributor in California from a China Company . The company claims that they want any information from the people I ordered from but their web page is extremely difficult to use .

Got this kit and just finished assembling, I have extra pieces labeled D10 that are similar to D9 but smaller. Looked through the instructions multiple times and D10 pieces never come up. Looking at the finished piece nothing looks out of place. Are these actually meant to be used or an accidental extra?
There's couple of little notches holding the pieces in, they are the points to pop out, and you can use a craft knife to cut those notches if they're not popping out. They're very subtle, but once you spot them it becomes much easier
Ive just finished making this and the dust cover doesnt slot in. The fireplace is placed where the diagrams said but is too far towards the edge and so theres no gap for the dust cover to slot in. I have seen videos of this book nook made with no dust cover, so it kind of looks like the dust cover was added on as an afterthought but the design wasnt amended to make it work?
Yep i was conned by one of the fakes. The instructions don't match the kit elements - some boards are missing and most of the pages too. I could make no sense of the counterfeit. Will begin again with the original.
I wish you would put a caution star on the pop outs that could easily break... my lantern broke 💔 regardless, love the product and even ordered the detective agency.
My lighting set is different. Completely different and I cannot make the shop properly. I received a long string of mini lights that with at least 2 dozen or more little lights and a white battery case. These lights flash in two different modes and then steady on. Again, my lights look nothing like the lights in this set.😢
I received this as a gift. The person that bought it for me bought it from Amazon. It’s not matching the cut outs and the directions aren’t matching the boards 😢
We don't have batteries, because we are not allowed to mail batteries, but screws are equipped, if less, you can ask to our customer service, they will help you.😘😘

I did the same thing. I broke off such a small piece that it doesn't work when I try to glue it back together.

Some of the F parts are A parts in my kit. The manual refers to F3 but the only matching piece I can find is A3.

Our battery is behind the product. A small door is made to open and close, so you can change the battery at any time.🥰🥰
