I looked down on ME as an EE until I took thermodynamics 1 and looked at the harder questions in the textbook. Now I look down at Business majors but that's probably going to change when I realize they are going to make more than me for less work.
I'll give you a tip on handwriting. Buy a fountain pen. My handwriting improves 1000 times for fear of being shamed for bad handwriting while using a fountain pen in public.
I honestly agree with math being as creative as 'art' (not sure about _more_ tho) The feeling I get when solving a higher order question is the same as when I draw or listen to music, it just *flows*
Re: Unpopular Opinion 2 and the hardness of the classes I have degrees in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and physics. They all are hard but in different ways. Physics is mathematically the hardest, but engineering requires a lot of problem solving, which is difficult as well. EE is mathematically harder than ME, but I wouldn't say it is harder than ME. Some of the ME problems can be quite difficult to solve.
Agree, having done mostly math, physics, and CS my upper FPGA and ASIC courses lack of math did not mean a lack of rigor. Though, physics does value much a more creative thought process than engineering imo.
production quality is insane relative to how many likes/views/subscribes you have, i genuinely expected to look at your likes and see plenty of thousands after a few minutes
my university got rid of like six one-credit add-on labs for classes like digital electronics, semiconductor devices, digital systems, Electrical Network analysis and a couple others. and they replaced them with two two-credit stand-alone lab classes called "Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering I and II" they were kinda bullsht because there was so much crammed into each lab that every week we were working on something completely different from the week before. one week we were measuring the mechanical and electrical characteristics of motors and the next week we were designing a differential oscillator with JFETs, then the next week we were implementing a PID controller with op amps. the class was all over the place and took way more of my time to accomplish than a two credit hour course has any right to take.
Ya this reminds me of the first half of my senior design class - entire concepts crammed into 1 weekly class session 🫠 For something like a lab to be useful, let alone enjoyable, it needs to be given room to breath (which is unfortunately tough to do in the current school structure)
Also yea having to spend several hours a day just to learn calc1 was hell ........ having to now do calc 2 linear algebra and discreat math etc...... its like this shit shouldnt be like a buds selection to become a navy seal lol
The like button on my videos seems to be unpopular, so make sure to show it some love 🙂↕

LOL
5:45 me when the experiment isnt working
LMAO

That's hilarious and honestly probably very effective

The flow comparison is actually elite - good point

Ya basically at the end of the day, they are all difficult (in their own ways)

That means a lot - thanks so much!

I wouldn't say more than 90%, that's bs. I'd say 20-30%. The average person is very dumb
Alright I'll admit, more than 90% is kinda high - but the point is, more than we would think

Ya it all piles up quick 🫠 but luckily, it'll probably be the last time you'll have to do it lol
