It’s now a shit hole, sorry. Large drug culture, not safe at night as a woman to walk in town. Influx of buyers and trouble from croydon, inflating house prices. Air saturated with toxins from high traffic. Should have had a bypass years ago. Stay away from stone quarry estate area if buying.
