- FS22 Building a dairy farm on Haut-Beyleron is a timelapse video building a dairy farm on field 37 on the new European map in Farming Simulator 22. Using the new build mode and landscaping tools we turn a field into a working dairy farm with large machine shed for storing equipment, two smaller machine stores and two small shelters for implements and other items to be stored. There's two large cow sheds one that hold 80 cows each, one has the automatic feed robot system. The yard also has a double bunker silo for creating silage a bulk hall shed for storing loose hay and straw and a manure pit. There's also a slurry tank extension for storing excess slurry that's produced by the cows.

Love this. The little touches make all the difference. I've already built on this field so gonna try a large area on some of the odd shaped sloped fields along the edge as don't want to use the decent large flat fields!

Love to see you’re idea of a smaller scale homestead concept. Smaller equipment maybe some sheep just for a little extra cash. Some bees to make there own honey. Horses to get around.

Hey sim, can I ask how did you move the camera angle so its not pointing so straight down to the ground, I can't get my camera angle to move that way so I'm pretty much looking almost straight down at the ground while trying to build a farm

@@matthewW425 the seasons were mods from fs17 and 19. Most of the building ideas were from fs19 cause there was hardly anything to use for decor or storage.

The tried and true series is back!
I will say, I am kinda disappointed at the lack of control over the landscaping tool, unlike the “intensity” setting we had in 19, as well as some finicky movements on consoles. Hopefully the intensity control will make a comeback, and hopefully the camera collision disabler like 19 will return to make my experience with this new tool better
I noticed that it is significantly harder to use on consoles than 19 was. Kind of wishing they would bring back the controls from 19 on consoles at least. Every pc player on youtube says that the new system is amazing.... Giants clearly was thinking more about pc when they made it and then just moved it over to consoles or something
Yes the new build mode is far less controller friendly than in 19, I tried using mine as that's all I used in 19 but ended just doing it with the mouse and keyboard
Yes they definitely need to add adjustable strength to the smooth tool and yeah I was hoping they would have released the camera collision mod straight away.

Amen to that. I was able to pull off some ridiculously amazing things with 19’s editor. Sim actually was the one who made me realize what could be done, and some of my builds blew minds in several discord communities. If this system had the 19 controls, and the camera collision mod was day one for all platforms, I wouldn’t have any issues
