I too, do love the taste, but I think this is the #1 question I see in all forums and groups. I never tried the buttermilk method, have you? That sauce... is insane, you will not get the supermarket ever again, and really easy to make.
I like to.par boil all my game For eradicating of bugs or parasites . When in boiling in lightly salted water. You will see a white foam float on top After about 3-4 minutes in boiling water Now take to the sink to throw out the water and rinse. Now prepare the way you want
