TESA: Testicular Sperm Aspiration kya hai ? Azoospemia ya nil sperm main kaise hote hain baby

There are many men who are unable to father children because of lack of sperms (called azoospermia) or highly defective sperms. In many such cases sperms can be found directly from the testis and with the use of IVF and ICSI, a baby can be formed. This process is called TESA or testicular sperm extraction.
TESA can be done for both treatment as well as diagnosis of the cause of Azoospemia or nil sperms.
ऐसे कई पुरुष हैं जो शुक्राणुओं की कमी (जिसे एज़ोस्पर्मिया कहा जाता है) या अत्यधिक दोषपूर्ण शुक्राणुओं के कारण बच्चे पैदा करने में असमर्थ हैं। ऐसे कई मामलों में शुक्राणु सीधे वृषण से मिल सकते हैं और आईवीएफ और आईसीएसआई के उपयोग से एक बच्चा बन सकता है। इस प्रक्रिया को टेसा या टेस्टिकुलर स्पर्म एक्सट्रैक्शन कहा जाता है।
टेसा दोनों उपचार के साथ-साथ एज़ोस्पेमिया या शून्य शुक्राणुओं के कारण के निदान के लिए किया जा सकता है।
