I think the resentment toward him is interesting, he is usually the only driver using the bumper on some meetings and its his experience in america have really elevated his talent levels with regards to using different lines etc I guess its to be expected that someone who is so successful is not the most popular. Max, lewis, vettel, schumacher have had periods of dominance when they were public enemy number 1 in f1 and ash sutton gets it in touring cars too But no one can deny they're legends. So time will be kinder to tom than modern times are imo
