    I am currently working as junior engineer in indian Railways.
    What I personally see to make effective and efficient indian railways is to double the railways track, one for up and one for down.
    I can surely say that indian railways will improve a lot.
    People will give money if they will reach on time.
    And if I say about staff then according to me, maximum of railway staff is outdated and government need to provide railway job with technical conditions only.

    I'm a station master in indian railway or apne sir bde achhe se explain kiya ,log sikayat krte hai train late rhti pr cause samajhne ki kosis nhi krte ,even hum logo ko to train late krne pr chartsheet milti hai to hum to chahte hai train time se chale ab beech raste me chain pulling ho jati kahin TSR laga hua hai to wo main cause hai train late hone ka

    Hopefully, the Modi government has done a lot for Railways but yes, we have a long way to go. Infrastructure too is coming up quickly, the main change should be to allow privatization. Our attitude has to change, we should be willing to pay little more. Very good video....

      @Ritesh waghmare RPF and TT are corrupt . If they are strict then no one will make the train dirty . And yeah privatisation is needed but only 200 or 400 trains should be privatised . Rest government can handle . We need to increase railway tracks and their quality . Everyone is ignoring railway tracks

    सर मै खुद रैलवे मै जॉब करता हु
    स्टाफ की कमी है
    रेलवे ट्रैक फिट नहीं है उतने जितने होने चाहिये
    स्टाफ के ऊपर दबाव रहता है हमेशा जहा 8 घंटा काम करना चाहिये वहा 12 घंटा करना पड़ता है
    ऑफिसर कर्रप्शन करता है
    ट्रेन मै भिड़ बहुत रहता है
    और जो लोग सोचते है रैलवे मै जॉब बहुत अच्छा है वो एक दिन काम कारके भाग जाएंगे
    और बहुत कुछ है जो अभी आप बता रहे सर 😢😢😢

    why is privatization needed in the first place? Is it because of corruption? or is it because of incompetent staff skills!?
    These government staffs have the habbit to not work, and still get wages. Strictness in government jobs will only improve India.

    Itne taxes dene k baad agar Train fares ko firse badhaya jae toh koi v yahan rehna nahi chahega....jobs hai nahin, employment kam hai, uspe bhi bhari bharkam taxes, aur jo kuch v bach jaye tab agar office se ghar jana ho toh fares high ho jaega toh home rent sey zyada toh Transportation cost ho jaega

    I was lucky to be born in an age witnessing the railway coaches to be powered by Steam Engines to Disel Engines & finally to Electric Engines(late 1970s to late 1980s),the Steam Engines used to generate a lot of dust & it will enter my eyes when i used to sit near the Window,Also Steam Engines used to generate a lot of noises.

    18 to 24 hrs kaam karwayenge to yahi hoga.railways employees bimar honge aur railway me accident hoga.
    Koi relief dene wala nhi hai na hi koi sunane wala hai
    Every organisation has a daily basis over time system but railway has its own rules 104hrs in 14 days beyond that over time will be counted.

    सर रेलवे बहुत फालतू खर्च करती है हमारे रिस्तेदार रेलवे में नलकूप विभाग में हैं वह दुसरे छोटे स्टेशनों पर नल का टोटीं लगाने जाते हैं तो 3 दिन लगता है वह इसलिए कि 3 दिन का TA/DA मिलेगा, ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि रेलवे अपने कर्मचारियों की निगरानी नहीं करता है, ऐसे ही एक लोग रेल कोच फैक्ट्री में काम करते हैं उन्होंने बताया मेरा बेल्डिंग का काम है वह बताते हैं मैं अपना काम 1.5 घंटे में खत्म कर सकता हूं लेकिन नहीं करता है हमारा यूनियन भी मना करता है
    कंट्रोलर की बात आप सही बताए हैं वह लोग जानबूझकर ट्रेनों को लेट करते हैं दुसरे कंट्रोल की आने वाली ट्रेनों को आने नहीं देते हैं रोककर रखते हैं ?

    Aisa nahi hai. Indian railway vi mahnga hai. seats ka 4 guna log hote hai ek dabbabe mei. 4 mahine pahle ticket ka paisa leke rakhte hai or fir cncl karo to paisa alag se lagta hai. Railway indirectly magnga hai.

    Recently I travelled Kolkata to Mumbai from Premium Duronto Express Even that train is also delayed by 6 hours then how you even expect Normal train on time. Railway should work on this.

    आपको शायद पता नही है घर बैठे क्लास ले रहे हो इसलिए। यहां पर इतनी ज्यादा corruption है कि अगर रेलवे का बिल्डिंग बनाने के लिए पैसे आएंगे रेलवे क्वार्टर बनाने के पैसे satation बनाने के पैसे यहाँ तक कि समान भी बेच देते है ये लोग। यहां किराया बढ़ाने से घंटा फर्क नही पड़ेगा जबतक कि corruption na roka jaye. सारा पैसा भरस्टाचार में ही जा रहा है। मैं एक खुद रेल्वे कर्मचारी हु नजदीक से देखता हूं सबकुछ।

    Loco pilot ko 16 hr duty karwate hain ... Jo ki 10 hr se jyada nahi karwana chahiye ... Relif mangne par job se remove karne ka pressure dalte hain

    Staff shortage hn 2018-2019 ke baad se koi new vacancy nhi ayi h isliye railway employees se double shifts me kaam krwa rhe hn target pure krne ke liye. Even contract pr bhi JEs ko Hire kree hn
