Just perused the website and also filled out the questionnaire. I did not see any issues.

just checked out your site and it does the job, though I think it could be a bit more simplified. anyway, really appreciate all of the info you're sharing. not in the market just yet, but hopefully able to work together when the time comes.

@@antgoesafk THanks. I edited it 1000 times and simplified it best I could, so people have all the info before they even approach me so no one wastes their time. Too many tire kickers etc come if i dont do that lol.

@@KickAssets oof damn well I actually went through the application form just to see the flow and did provide some legit answers, but I guess I'd be considered a tire kicker right now too hahaha

@@antgoesafk haha, no i meant tire kicker as in someone who expects to find a house for 50 cents and take me out for dinner to pick my brain or doesn't realize the effort and commitment into buying a property. Too many click videos out there create a false image of what buying a property in Japan is like :) I used to get too many emails like that...so the funnel and info sifts out a lot :)

Hi Colin I'm going to visit Japan this summer. While I'm there it will help me to become familiar with Japan and be able to ask more detailed questions. Thanks for another awesome video and being straight forward 😃

Love your work Colin. May i suggest you employ someone who is as passionate as you are to help you with the workload and your clients. In this way you can lower your fees and help more people to achieve/live the dream of owing a property in Japan. Think volume, say even, if you half your fees, but increase your clients 4 folds you are still way ahead. I think you have built a great foundation to take that next step.... obviously your need to look at supply and demand side of things. I wish you all the very best From one business owner to another... Keep kicking a**s

Thanks, I understand. Sadly, I've tried that with other ventures and they always suffered. Like my school, 1 teacher I hired stole half my students 😡 and another just wasn't good enough and the students always wanted me, so I just decided to take over my school and it's been peaceful ever since. lol Working with others is never easy. And I already did HALF (or lower) the price for some services except rural Akiya as that's very difficult. Besides, I don't I am interested in making this an empire business..I just like seeing the clients I serve happy and 110% satisfied. And honestly it's hard to teach what I do/know to others...I found my calling, I feel I'm a natural at it. 😇 Thanks for the nice comment. ❣

@@KickAssets Keep reasonable prices for "not-so-unreacheable-lost-in-wilderness-akiyas/apartments" and we could very well do some business in the future!

@@axios101 Yeah unfortunately Akiyas are the toughest to get, ESPECIALLY for outsiders. Sometimes impossible, sometimes just really hard, but rarely ever easy.

Excellent. Just went through the site. Looks great, I've wanted to move to Japan since I was a child. I wrote to you once before. I'm a trained architect and project manager with decades of experience in high end residential construction in New York and Los Angeles. I'm doing a trip for business with a friend next month. Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. And Japan. I'm booking the return for the combo flight out of Tokyo in early June. Should be there seeing the sights for about a week. I've been looking at a lot of property online through several akiya bank sites that update daily. I have several friends interested in purchasing property in Japan. And other friends that are long time residents of Japan. I also have interested investors. I would like to take you to lunch if you're available during the first week of June. I let you know when I'm in town.

Thank you! Yeah many people are interested in Japan for so many obvious reasons, one being the image that it's now so cheap...(in some areas), but unfortunately most people don't realize that's not just shopping for a new TV. The Japanese are protective of their land in some areas and I don't blame them. Which Akiya Banks? Akiya Bank properties are the toughest to get, no matter the price.
