- In this video, Mike, Chris and the crew set out on Day 2 of their Gaspesie adventure. They leave Point A La Croix and head to New Richmond to meet up with Mike's old buddy Kirby, who is local to Gaspe. They end up settling into Motel Chandler for the night after a beautiful 300kms day ride.

👍Lots of familiar areas. 🏅
On my bucket list , never been. Hopefully next year
I live in the area. Last winter was bad for snowmobiles which is rare. Hopefully this year is better
I couldn't wait to see what happened next 🤩
Day 3 is even better! and Day 4 is better then that. The trip just kept on getting better each day. Stay tuned for day 3 coming next Thursday :)
Day 3 is out :)
I live a half hour from Point a la Croix and sled out there often
Oh that's awesome! Wish we lived that close.
Many thanks Christopher
Love that trip 🎉
Looks like you guys were struggling with keeping everyone going in the same direction. We ride with a group of 10 quite a bit, the guy following the leader stops at all turns and waits till the next rider reach him and so on thru the group. We do a quick regroup stop every 50k or so. That way no one is left behind. We always discuss our destination and what the plan is if someone is split off. We have done 450k days with 10 guys, leave at 7:30am and are in the hotel by 4:30-5pm. Our big day in gaspe was Carleton to Gaspe, around 400k.
Ya we tried that lol but I wasn't in charge nor leading. When I lead I always do it like that so everyone is accounted for. Oh well. we were all okay for the rest of the trip. Cheers, Mike
I chose to break off this day and do the scenic loop. Views were spectacular. The joys of BRP navigation enables ya the ability to run alone...haha
Wish we still had that snow
Rain yesterday has closed some trails....😢
I see skidoo announced a recall on PilotX skis for 2024 MXZ and Renegade sleds. As in one or so of your previous videos one of the ski's snapped in half once or twice.
Yep. We were the first ones to have it happen lol. Happened twice. There was a failure in the AC2 mold. AC1 and AC3 skis are good. Cheers, Jesse
Hey Mike do you remember any of the details of the sled with the broken spring (age & mileage) just wondering if it was one of those random things or something that’s bound to happen with use.
It was a new 2024 900r xrs with only a few thousand kms on it. Cheers, Mike
… at ts 9min12sec it seems like a Gen 4 renegade.
Its not. Its a 24 gen 5.
HI for. KS when can we expect day 3-4-5 on this trip,Christopher ottawa
Hey Chris! Our plan as of now is to release day 3 4 and 5 the next 3 thursdays. We may change to releasing 3 videos a week and so those will come out even earlier as we have lots of videos to pump out to end off the season. Cheers, Jesse
Hey my friend , what is the name of your modifications to bring it to 210 HP ??

Thanks . Does it really make a difference ? @@sledaddicz
@@alainbrouillette7740 it's a HUGE difference. I could never run a 900R without it now.
Thank for the info !! @@sledaddicz
Not a fan of smart shox. Temperamental expensive to buy and maintain with 0 resale value. The KYB Pro40r shocks that come on any XRS stock are fantastic.
Nice we have options. Smart shocks are a 3k option and definitely yield higher resale value. We have had great luck with them and they work awesome.
Hate to be that guy, but i wish people would ride tight to the right side snow bank more... watching this is hard. Too many apex turning or wide cornering.
Hey man. Totally hear you. Please keep in mind we are all connected with comms and the guy leading is never the guy recording. So there is always a person in front of us who will give us warning if there is someone coming. Cheers, Jesse
