Mine was just sent to auction by insurance. My airbag light was not on when it went. They didn’t even deploy. I drove it up to the tow truck. The airbag light was on the auction pictures. I think they swapped the battery out before posting.

Some people can't be trusted to not damage the cars im sure if u ask for permission they will let u use them but I don't know about the scan tool most auctions don't allow any obd port plug ins but it can't hurt to ask

There was an incident I think in Nevada where someone tried to jump a car and started a fire, so that is probably part of it
To me, the customer brought jumper packs are an insurance liability. When I worked at 711 ages ago we paid a 3rd party vendor JUST to install fluorescent tube light bulbs on a regular basis as a means of minimizing insurance liability for the 711 store.

When you pay for the premier membership, do I still need a broker for all cars or just some?
Just some I learned that the hard way, clean title cars you need a broker and you pay fees and put a deposit down, salvage title are open for bids by anyone with a co part membership

You only need a broker if the state you are buying in requires a license to buy auction cars..some states (i.e. Minnesota) dont have this requirement so if you buy in that state you dont need a broker
