You have so many great videos of making these lanterns but do you sell them somewhere? I'm also curious if you make multiple of each lantern, like on a production level. You put so much work into making templates on some of these.
Hi I don't really know because the resin it's very expensive in Romania and it doesn't hold that well to the weather as concrete does... but maybe I will try :)
love you video m8 im doing a japanese garden and im gonna use flamingo asvell like you selv in the video, can you make a video how you make a form cutter ? bedst regards Flemming Denmark
Hi, I'm sorry I answer just now, I get a lot of comments and I don't always get to answer them. I made a video, making a foam cutter, years ago th-cam.com/video/AEtxyGWiPr4/w-d-xo.html
Yes, at first it was tough for me too, and some tools I had to make them myself, others I bought from the flee market, others new, after I sold some pieces, also I made a bussines from this

Paul Iascau's studio Thks dude, that’ll be handy!
You're welcome! :)
Amazing work.. what are the materials or % of sand/concrete ratio?
2 sand, 1 cement
Excuse me, could you tell me what is the black liquid that you use to demold and the material that you use with silicone?
The black liquid is motor oil, and with silicone I'm using wheat flour
Paul Iascau's studio thank you very much
You're welcome!
Just wondering if you could put the lubricant in a graden type sprayer to cover the surfaces faster and more evenly
The oil I use is too thick to spray, but with other types of oil you can... It's a good ideea! Thank you! :)
Great Great work as always...
I got question about the oil... Did the piece absorbs the oil...? And after all, can you paint it???
always great .congratulations
Thank you very much!
will you try out different mix in the future?
For example altering the aggregate. Using resin instead of cement.... etc
Anyways, Nice work Paul!!

In the last piece, after the silicon and the starch... whTs the grey mixture?
Здравствуйте! Подскажите, что за волокно вы используете в работе при заливке формы? Благодарю.
What is the brown fluid that you put in (with paint brush) before pouring?
oil
is that Makita air compressor oil your using?
Any kind of oil should work
Paul can you tell me what the product is that you made the grey
I would like more information on the hotwire. Use cabinet screws instead of sheetrock screws. You left everyone hanging with the top orb.
The mold it is made from 100% silicone caulk and flour
Master!
Thank you! :)
Your work is really gorgeous but not everyone has all these tools to cut and mold, also become very expensive the amount of material that you spend.
Yes, at first it was tough for me too, and some tools I had to make them myself, others I bought from the flee market, others new, after I sold some pieces, also I made a bussines from this
