Do you know what’s mental… Matt is absolutely massive and not remotely short - yet spent this entire video looking about the size of Luca vs him 😂. I think it’s easy to underestimate how big strongmen are, total monsters these guys.

I honestly have no idea how they actually digest that much food in that space of time, let alone how their bodies are able to use it as efficiently as they do to fuel their training. As someone who doesn't eat a lot but is super strong, I see it as an Absolute Win.
I usually train with 15 kg dumbbells (30kg total) 1 hour a day and I feel pretty fit and healthy.
@@xlegendarygamer1204try and buy more weights for the end of them or just bigger dumbbells. You need to train harder than last time to gain muscle.
What I’m saying is if they feel too easy now, try going higher
