Yeah there was like nothing explained or shown about anything. The only way you would have any idea of what's going on in the video they're watching is if you have seen bleach... but I thought the same thing there literally was no shots of him in his bankai form other than when he gets the 1/4 mask in the fight with byakuya, but they're what moved on at that point lol

You guys should find a video that actually explains the stuff properly, and shows you the actual forms. The dude narrating has no idea about the story, the forms, and also spreads misinformation too

Love your reactions to ichigos form, but the vid you guys reacting to had a lot of misinformation lol. For example ichigo's bankai is called tensa zangetsu so the narrator basically showed 1 form twice

Realistically a lot of these aren't considered a form that he could use in battle, let alone show it since they really only exist in his inner world, i mean the White varriations of his forms.
Inner world, every Shinigami has inner worlds that represents themselves the best, and in that world lies their sword, a sword is like a sentient being, their power. Ichigo as per the protagonist protocol is a special one, he has more then one. He has 3 "Personalities" His basic sword form the Old man zangetsu, His Bankai form (the younger Zangetsu) and his hollow powers (Often refereed to as reversed Ichigo)
They're really just one big bunch, but at the start they seem separated- so it's like a narrative tool to show ichigos progression as a person. How he gets more and more complete. Not just simply stronger. So By the end slowly these parts of him become whole.
I thought younger Zangetsu is a manifestation of his Quincy powers?

Wow, I've never seen such a bad synopsis video do actual damage to a story like this one did. What's really sad is that these two have deprived themselves of a great show/story just to get ready for the show coming out. The impact of the new show will FOREVER be lessened because of what the missed in watching the previous arcs. They should have done quick step power watch reactions to the main arcs (no filler) for entertainment alone. But damn, what a sad outcome that can NEVER be walked back from. The 1 chance is lost forever!🤦
Great reaction, but there's a few things he incorrectly explained, ichigos dad is a soul reaper, or shinigami, his mom was a quincy, when ichigo was born, just like his sisters, he was born with more spiritual pressure than the average joe
He already had soul reaper powers, and quincy powers, when he accepted rukias blade, he chose the path of the soul reaper, since he couldnt be both because mixing mortal entities' powers and and immortal powers is as possible as mixing maple syrup and water, they cannot become one, even when mixed
Which leads to his hollow, his mom was already dying because the hollow in ichigo was in her, which u can guess where im going with that. Ichigos dad went into her conscience to have white, the hollow, merge with himself to save her
As much as I love you reacting to bleach I feel you have just ruined it for yourself you have seen multiple spoilers with no context for the story to the point if you did decide to watch it a bunch of twists and deaths mean nothing to you Now and if you don't want to watch it this video doesn't do it justice like at all man's mispronouncing names and only giving the bare minimum. It's like watching a video about naruto to learn from it but your perspective if from the ramen guy.

One small issue in my opinion tho is that you like to talk over the video way too much I don’t mind you pausing the video to make a commentary but when you do it while playing the video you don’t hear the person in the video talking And since the video is about Ichigo all forms explained you just basically just talking and not listening

The narration on the video you guys reacted too have little basic knowledge on Ichigo (MC) while (i assume) reading/watching synopsis from other sources/YT channel and compile together a narrative with slightly off clips from the anime.

Man, for being that hyped, you deserved a way better Video than this. They even showed 2 completely different scenes when talking about the Vasto Lorde. 1 had nothing to do with it xD
getsuga tenshou means "Moon-Fang Piercer of the Heavens", and also the "fullbring shikai" and stuff its not fullbring he just becomes a shinigami again.
While correct, it's referred to as Fullbring Shikai and Fullbring Bankai in order to differentiate from the original and True forms, and has that name due to Ichigo's Fullbring having mixed with powers that had gone dormant after the Final Getsuga Tenshou, which is why his appearance looks different with clear evidence of elements from the Fullbring he had in his outfit.

Cause he was able to land a fatal blow to a pretty accomplished Quincy and then was still able to put up a fight against a captain level shinigami from one of the noble clans.

Tensa Zangetsu is not a different form but the name of his Bankai. Reiatsu is Spiritual Pressure (as we learn early in the story , everything in Soul Society is made of out of spiritual particles and in the human world too but he concentration is much lower thus shinigamis are more powerful in spirit worlds like soul souciety/hueco mundo/hell etc.)
Also the dude narrating the video has alot of inconsistencies and is miss pronouncing the living shit out of everything. If you want info about bleach , you're better off asking hardcore fans or dedicated and fan wikis. And one more thing, Hollow Ichigo , Zangetsu and Ichigo are one , they all form one soul and they are ichigo's own power not powers he borrows from 2 people living in him.

If you really wana know id just go watch bleach. Its well worthi it. It was sported as the second big 3 along side naruto and one piece but its is allso alot more metal than either both in story and art. It was ahead of its time. To better illiterate ichigo only dies once if that cus its debateable but he only ever comes close to death during his fight against ulquiorra in hueko mundo. The whole getting stabbed in the chest thing is a doulbe meaning i dont fully understand but it has to do with the intent of the one holding the sword as shinigami. They can either take life or give it i guess but there is a deeper meaning behind it. Kubo the mangas writer always went heavy on ideology symbolisms and his art work

im not gonna lie, this isnt a good vid. the person goes over the forms in a very odd order and doesnt sound like they even watched the show. each of these forms has so much more to offer, like how vasto lorde is the peak of a hollows evolution, and ichigo is has basically surrendered to his hollow instincts.

One Piece - 8.9% Filler
So you only have to binge around half the episodes, or 202 episodes before the new season. If anyone reading this hasn't seen Bleach and is unsure, it's only 202 eps before the final season. Just make sure you skip the filler... or watch it 😅

The video you guys reacted to was pretty bad. He didn't show the shikai or the bankai in their respective slots once! he showed completely irrelevant scenes, also didn't show all the forms, and his pronunciation is pretty bad as well. But always nice to introduce people to the show
