    Thank you very much for this “how to” video. I searched quite a few sites for instructions on using the kam press and plastic kam snaps. Your explanation wax the only one that helped me! Terrific!

    Thank you, I just got a pattern to make something and need to learn how to do the rivets. I have a table press already and wanted to make sure I get all I need and know what I am doing before making or purchasing anything more.

    So so helpful wish I was in the US to be Kam Press I have brought one that does not look anything like the Kam you are right to do your home work first.

      I know old comment but just in case anyone else comes along......you only need a 2mm hole for your rivets (3mm at most). The 8mm she refers to is the size of the circle top cap of the rivet (and sometimes also the post length), but the width of the hole thru the fabric only needs to be small. Dies can be expensive for hole punching... and annoying to swap out... so you can also use try a leather belt hole punch or like a Cropodile, or the best is a Japanese bookmaking Hand press drill

    I have the silver studs so there is no backs. I want to decorate my jeans with the silver studs. Does this machine work for that?

      Yes, but you will need a separate snap stud die

I just found your site I have been researching all the different cam press and the Kamsnap seems to highly rated the price is great but why are the needed accessories so expensive I can’ t imagine paying 69.00 for one important item what am I missing here please reply thank you .
