Many people in my country goes to live in small villages, because of big stress-related works, noise, dust, time limit for family and themselves in the sities. And they feel better now, they grous up own fruits, vegetables, live cleaner and peaceful. Even young people did that, not only middle-aged.

This meal reminds me of when I was in Burundi four years ago and was served pan-fried sweet potato wedges with spinach that was boiled and cut into tiny pieces and had this amazing sauce. I miss the delectable homemade food I had in Burundi that the villagers grew themselves. Also chapati is, like, my favourite thing ever
I was thinking that looked like our callaloo dish along with the small sweet potatoes that I love. Lots of coconut milk and ochres in our callaloo. And pickled pigs tail for those who can handle it. From the Caribbean Islands.
Let's make sure people know in Africa this is a village. We also have many major cities with a more westernised way of life. Many people will cook indoors and eat inside. We have internet, running water, amenities, cars, etc. Every country has villages.

Only ingredients are salt & onion. The rest is natural taste. I miss lumonde (sweet potato) and magera(fresh beans with only onion,salt and water)
The source is gnut paste with some greens called mugoobe in my language mixed together. Then sweet potatoes
