Well done Justin. Great to see this simple modification on a very old but clean looking AM unit turned into a useful transmitter. Very good results on 4 watts. I have not been listening for a couple of weeks as having trouble with all the online SDRs on my laptop especially Weston. 73 from David M0DAD
Great job! I'm sure Tom would have been very pleased to see one of his old units being modified for continued use especially on CW. Sadly Tom went Silent Key in 2019. Now you need to find one of Tom's keys to use with that TX for a full TW CW set up......73. Well done! 😎😎
Good to see the conversion which I can fully understand as I have found 2 metres lacks any activity in my area. 3.69 MHz is designated for QRP although I usually find Germans on this freq. using what can only be described as Quite Ridiculous Power (QRP).
I used to have an xtal for 145.350 MHz which was a local chat frequency but it's long since disappeared, I think it's fundamental frequency was around 8 MHz. I'd be tempted to try advertising for xtals for this T.W. before doing this to it. Anyway it looks successful. I got a T.W. TopBander at a rally for £5, the seller had no idea what it was and neither did I. I buy the tatty stuff other people walk past. It needed the mod. transformer wiring and a valve base where one pin looked like it had H.T. on it and zapped the pin in half, and I removed somebody's modification of a relay for tx/rx changeover. Five Pye Bantams recently at £10 o.n.o. which I got for £5. One already on 70.260 MHz and one tx only on 144.450 MHz. G4GHB.

Nice job, I think if it was mine I’d be using it in the all mode section of 2mtrs for sometime before considering any modifications.
