Visible is where I’m switching after US mobiles horrible customer service. Trust me I’m not one to bash a company but when they can’t treat their customers right why stay loyal to a company.
My gf and I had T-Mobile a year ago. We didn't mind it at all specially the speeds we saw. We started new jobs where we have to use our phones a lot and that's where we ran into an issue. Our phones could not get signal in the buildings. We switched to visible and get great service in the building plus we're saving a lot of money.

I've used both and I can tell you the throttle is very real with US Mobile after you use your premium data allotment. I'm talking 2g speeds. Basically unusable. Visible is better, but has some issues too. Like video streaming is throttled to 2.0 MBPS (480p). Also, customer service is limited to "chat bots" with Visible. On the plus side I tried both of Visible's plans and didn't notice any difference between the two. I prefer Visible over US Mobile.
are you in a Rural area ? ive heard someone at a big concert/sports event and their base level visible was terrible slow.... so they switched to visible+ for that 'premium' aka higher priority data

US Mobile clearly states that when you use all your data speeds will be throttled to 1Mbps, Visible is simply deprioritized and Visible+ gives you 50 Gigs then deprioritizes you. if you live in an area where verizon has little congestion you would never even notice on visible.
If you aren’t on the main carrier, for example Verizon you are going to be throttled down during all peak hours. I had Visible and it was nearly unusable for online use, but the phone service was great. They are a monopoly and are going to get you coming or going. People need to start calling their representatives and lodging complaints against the carriers. The United States has the highest rates in the world as well as the lowest rated service!
Michael, FYI, the "Current Period" data used (0:38) does not reset by itself. Since most people don't know about it or keep an eye on it, I find most people I help with their phones have never reset it. So it shows how much data they've used since getting the phone. I guess there's no way the phone can know your billing cycle. Android let's you tell it, but Apple doesn't. One wishes Apple had the same features as Android here.
I have realistically had both in the last six months. Both are very very good and if I had to pick one, it would probably be US mobile because in my location in Fort Worth the visible base plan is just too severely congested. But I was not sure if they do anything with the ACP so I’m with Metro by T-Mobile now who partners with ACP.
I have both Visible and US Mobile with Verizon both with the $25 dollar plan and for both I have CDMA unlocked phones compatible with Verizon and what I have noticed is that on both phones runs better US Mobile, for instance, hotspot doesn't work with Visible , it says error, and the speed is faster with US Mobile because of the Warp 5G premiun data, however Visible with the phones that they offer works pretty good no problem with the hotspot, so if you want Visible get the phone with them and get the $35 dollar plan to get the premium data
because the regular visible plan is deprioritized where as visible+ is not, all US Mobile plans come with premium data and its treated the same as regular Verizon customers till you run out.
usmobiles $25 plan will slow you down majorly when you reach 20 of the 30 gigs.. Does it every month when i'm close to that number.. You can contact the support and they will "magic" something and you will be back to the better priority once again.. But can expect this to be a routine thing
Thanks for the video. I am currently with AT&T postpaid and have been looking at both of these as a potential to switch to. I'm nervous about Visible since its all Veizon. I've had that before, and it wasn't that great. I do, however, now live in the DFW area where those with verizon don't have a lot of complaints, so both are on the table again. Would you say foe a single line Visible+ would be better?

I know that Boost Infinite Unlimited Plan (uses AT&T towers) has a $25 a month plan if you keep autopay on. It has 30gb of priority data but it drops to 512kbps (half of a megabit)

I’ve been with US Mobile for a few months and it’s absolutely fabulous. I pay 25 bucks a month and have the exact same network speeds as my nephew who is on verizon post paid.
They kept the 25 dollar basic plan on US Mobile and upped the high speed data to 35gb. There is no middle plan, Unlimited Premium's price dropped to $40 a month taxes included.
I am in north central florida. I am in a county but the city is right up the street. I have Visible as my phone, text and internet on 4g LTE and I don't have or want cable. I pay $25 a month. I have a motorola one 5g UW phone that was unlocked from Verizon. It gets 5g over at my doctor's office. Other people pay Verizon $100 a month on their iPhone. Good for them. I tried to tell them all about Visible, they act like it isn't good enough for them. Oh well...BTW, I got the phone for $90 (refurb).
it's not only the plan it's also the phone you use ( or can not use ) ... so if anyone reviews Visible plans the should review it with different phones :)

There was times I couldnt really use the data in the regular plan for short periods. I think now since Visible is giving the unlimited 10gb speeds of hot spot that should help alot. They told me that hot spot shouldnt be affected by priority, but it was. You have any experience with the hotspot on visible?
Us mobile hands down the best. No us mobile doesn't throttle and visible Internet is slow. Us mobile give you options to choose 3 network. ( Verizon, at&t, T-Mobile ). International roaming and international calling also. Best customer service by phone.

Visible is also best because Verizon has the best 4G LTE. If you're on the outskirts of any major city, you can't rely on 5G. You need LTE to fall back on an Verizon is king still.
Yeah it's perfect. I don't need fast internet, with the $25 visible plan Its enough to play videos on YT in 1080p, check social media and play some games, I don't find useful the fast internet for a regular person, if I want to download something big ill do it on my PC .
Is there an MVNO that has a home internet bundle because i want to get internet but dont necessary need Tmobile or Verizon premium plans to get a home internet discount?
I love Visible. I have been with them for a year since 5/2023, I use a cheap and old Google Pixel 6a which can do 5G, and it works great. I am a truck driver, I go up and down the east coast to many different locations without a drop in signal, my GPS is always active and responsive. I have found some dead spots, like where I park my truck, but a block away it starts working again. When I sleep in the truck I use the hotspot feature to watch Netflix on my iPad without an issue, all that for $25/mo, I love Visible.

They have already switched it back to 25 a month and upped the data to 35gb of priority and 10gb of hotspot.

I'm on US Mobile free trial right now. I really like this company, and plan to stick with them and move my other line over as soon as it's unlocked.

What do you mean by throttled videos? They can control the apps that allow you to select the quality level??

In my area had Visible for several months and then tried US Mobile. No comparison US Mobile was 2-3 x's higher upload and 4 times higher upload.

I have both and us mobile is somewhat faster till the 35 gig is done then it is way slower than visible

the $25 visible plan doesn’t have premium data so idk how this is really a competition. base plan for us mobile has premium data.

USM does have UWB on Warp 5G (Verizon) network
