He had no major criminal convictions but he still got deported. Can you also please discuss this?
I came in with my wife with a visiting visa , then my spouse got admitted to a college after getting her F1 she file for me & my 2 sons , we became F2 & after completing her 1year TPS she was out of status but care company she worked for gave her a permanent job which she’s still doing till date, but we filed for Asylum about 5month ago, we received a letter to go for fingerprinting which we did, we wanted to file for work authorization after 150 days in early December. What’s our fate ?

Did they deny her because she turned 21? What did your lawyer say? The lawyer should know the next step to this. My family all got their green cards except me because I was over 21. So my father petitioned me and I am still waiting, since 2013.
@@abigailJohnny That’s why I’m curious to know why the daughter was denied because something isn’t clear. Was the fingerprints the Biometrics? Why was she denied if she’s 21? She’s supposed to be disqualified if she’s OVER 21, and from there the parent can file a new petition for the daughter, which again takes long. But here, she’s still 21 and she should have easily gotten the green card already. I hope the OG commenter answers because imagine in my case, I have been waiting so long only to possibly get fingerprinted and then denied💀
Can you talk about DACA renewals. If Trump decides to end it, is it recommended to file renewal before the 4 -5 months the USCIS recommends? Will those be secured?
Ive bullied and harassed inside women’s shelter information shared about my immigration status from shelter staff and shelter resident harassed me about my status and provokes fights to get me in trouble so the cops can put me in jail so many horrible things happened to me and also I filed on my own asylum withold of removable and I did my biometrics today and waiting for a pending interview however at the shelters address I haven’t received any letter from uscis at the shelter’s address I currently now live

I’m so sorry for what you are going through. It’s by the grace of God where we are born. I don’t understand why some people are not just grateful of that but they go out of their way to bully and harass people who are less fortunate. I’m sorry and I pray God will bless you and be kind to you as HE was to me.
If an expired Green card ( originally issued in 1988 ) needs renewal , is it best to quickly apply for renewal before by the end of 2024 , as it would be date stamped to process under Biden’s guidelines ?

If your wife has a green card but has to wait for a couple of years to get her citizenship however you have brothers who are citizens can they petition for you and if your wife got her citizenship during the wait can she petition for you then although filing was going on

I have a pending asylum application for over 5years, I was out of status for 49days before applying. My mom who is a LPR also filed an I130 in 2016, which was approved in 2020 and there is a green card now available to me and at NVC. How can I get my 10yr green card through AOS and not having to go back to my home country where I am seeking refuge from..? NVC has threatened to cancel my case in the next year if i don't continue with my greencard process. I dont want to lose this after waiting for so long...
