Super afterimage was always a good move. People are just too focused on trying to deal damage the fastest instead of trying to survive the longest. They would rather try to go through a brick wall than try to go around it.
eh, i kind of see it in a game like this, sacrificing an entire slot for an evasive esque move that doesn't attack and could potentially be reacted to and punished easily would seem risky. but granted, my main CaC is a strike only Female Majin where my entire existence and survivability is the supers since female majin's normal damage is abysmal.
I learned the Genocide shell to postion shift trick from this vid its so fun to disrespect when i use this to finish em off right when they get up from the stamina break and have really low health and do that grabbing chest/tired animation
I personally really like dodoria's uppercut. It's fast with quick startup, doees decent damage and comboes into other moves and even itself with the right positioning.

When I got into customisation not too long ago I stumbeled upon some of kid gohans moves that I really liked, although some of the names were hella lame. Although I don't play him that much I accually made a preset on my main cac specifically dedicated to moves I just kinda stumbeled upon and really liked, and it's some of the most fun I've had in the game for a while, especially because I descovered that you can combo stun moves like the evasive I have on there into evil ray strike which is kinda busted, like put that on an emperor's death beam preset and you got a recipe for desaster. The other moves are really fun too, I have double buster, which is the Version of bendy meha meha that tracks way better, and something called deathkiller in my dub, which is a ring you can charge and it homes in and you can remotely detonate it.
Missed One: Ginyu Force Special Combo 5 Variants Normal: Insant, can be used while blocking Upward: Instant, hits them back at the end Backwards: Forces them to lie down Dash(Move with it a bit): Combo extender with good range and damage Forward: Breaks guard, disrespectful
Another underrated move is dodon ray. With it, you can make basically an infinite combo. If the enemy doesn't know how to z vanish or evasive that is. It also doesn't consume ki so yeah

Double death slicer was always one of my favourite ultimate attacks how it is used and how stupidly dumb the rng was to get it which made me satisfied when I got it
Innocese cannon is also good, i notice it has a small windown of invulneravility, aand turn into the direction of the target if it moves before you shoot it, at last, it send it back way to much, good for ki oriented characters
Another thing with emperors blast is you can use it during an enemy's evasive, and most times you wont take damage. And then you can continue attacking them.
Here's an OP combo with Gotenks. I call it the Stamina Bandit, put "Don't go all out!" Super Soul on gotenks, then use a charged Ki Blast (which is rush type), for every blast that hits it's mark, it takes one bar of stamina, then spam the helicopter legs combo XD
Another underrated move is the Minus Energy Powerball that's only obtainable by wishing from Shenron. Huge AOE, damaging startup, huge damage, and overall a very good move.
Started using double death slicer about a few days ago. Can do about 15k damage on my Frieza race. I like to hide underwater or behind something. Lock off then do it as a confusion trick. Works really well.
Where you fighting a lot of new players or are people just stupid. You got off double death slicer a lot of times when your opponent could have and should have broken your stamina with a reverse aura burst dash. Or were they just that timid?

Some slept on moves I use is Critical Upper, Mach Punch, Hawk Charge? (Videls Palm Strike), Evil Ray Strike? (Gohan straight forward headbutt) and a few others I'm trying out
My personal favourite is one you get very early on. Both pvp and pve. Dustructo disk It tracks/cuts through blocks (not stamina breaks)/aim at the chest of a great ape and watch (almost) instantly their shield break. I love firing of 2 or 3 of them rushing an opponent and watch as they arent focused on the blades of energy strike them in the back. They blocking my attacks now then hit from disk. Me geting reversed the disks let me reverse back
What is funny is that I already use these moves in some shape of form Ex: My Saiyan is balanced so when I do a combo w him I usually instead of dashing toward I will use blaster shells pretty fast like seen here
Another underrated move would be Feinted Crash. It's like Instant Transmission, but with a hit at the end. It also has 2 inputs. You can also combo it with so many moves. Here's an example : Feinted Crash (second input) -> Savage Strike -> Feinted Crash (first input) -> Dragon Fist
Although in the moves defence. Ive made some great combos using feint crash then finishing blow into super mad dance. I also made a feint crash into GOD's rampage.
You forgot one attribute about position shift, its massive homing potential, someone was spamming freedom kick and it allowed me to catch them multiple times
I think neo tri beam is underrated though you do need a lot of stamina it does good damage and it covers a rather large area as well as it tracking the opponent with every blast

I can't think of 10...but one pretty good underrated skill would be the "ginyu force special combo" mainly because it's decently versatile.

Eye Blast is underutilized, hit the opponent with god splitter than charge at them with eye blast you can easily combo it into Black Kamehameha.
