No disrespect to you, but u gotta take small steps chants. U been hotshot for a little over 1 year, but u still don't know how to dispatch properly, and u still haven't understood what you are doing based on my observation of u. I pray ur business stayed afloat bcuz at ur rate of operation,you are deep in depth, and I don't think you understood the small details about dispatching that will let you gain big. But I see you all in competition in this trucking industry, u must start learning how to search through routs, taking 1 load all the time isn't cutting it for you and am positive sure of that bcuz ur over head is sky high on u rite now.
