Hey chia seeds would consume lot of water when soaked so i studied that one should consume lots of water after having chia seeds otherwise dehydration.

sir weight loss ke liye ye diet plan follow keru kya...
start following the below given menu .
wake up - 1 glass warm lime water
breakfast - 2 egg omlette + 1 chapati
9am + 1 glass cow milk + 1 apple
11am - 2 glass amul buttermilk.
12.30pm- 1 kakdi + 1 tomato + 1 white onion
lunch - add lime- no salt + 1 bowl dahi
+ 1 bowl veg + 1 bowl dal + 2 chapattis
NO RICE
4pm - 1 mix fruit plate + 1 small vati cooked sprouts
6pm - 2 boiled eggs
8pm - 1 apple+ 1 medium bowl muesli+ 200ml
dinner milk + 1 tsp honey
OR same as lunch
guidelines -
1 - drink 3 liters of water per day.
2- avoid fried , junk , sweets , rice , potato n bread.
3 - avoid banana , chikoo, litchi.
