Basically i cracked the game and i can drive the tram, my guess is that the tram update relased but cannot be bought, but crackers cracked it and we can play it earlier. Unlucky for you i guess 😅.

the new content hasn't officially been released yet
When the new Content is released it is in the Game automatically with a Update.
School bus should be available to purchase at the Dealership. Tram is not out yet.
