It's hard to tell from the video, but when I hopped on the altis, It felt and sounded like a Tesla. Probably because of the hairpin motor and chain drive over the belt drive. • @AEvOMotos
      @AEvOMotos  26 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      As far as the kickstand, when you receive the bike and after you installed the peg with the kickstand connected, you have to install the spring. The spring they give you is essentially that spring that you see connected on top of another skinnier spring that they have inside of the larger one. I was just explaining how it was extremely tedious to try to get both springs connected at the same time or even separately, then further stated that it was easier to crimp the hook on the smaller spring and pull it out from the inside of the larger one. I set the smaller one aside and just used the larger one, which I think works great. It's very easy and stable to throw your kickstand down and pop it back up. I would assume the second spring inside of the other connected would probably be a lot stiffer. Comparing to the e-ride, the spring on my e-ride was a lot stiffer and the kickstand is not hard to get down or anything, but it does need a little force. Pulling the spring out of the larger one and just installing a larger spring for the kickstand on the altis makes it so that you can pretty much tap it and it'll go down, but it's still completely strong enough to hold if you were to go over bumps on trail riding or hitting high speeds where vibrations can happen. Then I kind of compared and contrasted the seat sizes. The width of the altis seat is probably about an inch to an inch and a half wider on each side. Super comfortable bike!

      @@MCVAMP666 The handlebars and pegs are both not the same unfortunately. The handlebar on the Altis has a much thinner center.
      The mounting for the pegs are different as well. Depending on how successful this bike becomes, which it fairly already is, is dependent on when third party companies will begin to make aftermarket parts that do fit this bike like they have with all of the other top trending bikes. First it was surron, then talaria, then eride. Once those companies develop their foundation and credibility, other companies see the opportunity and begin to make aftermarket parts. The empty space looks a little awkward and out of place, which does come off a little unappealing. After seeing initial videos of this bike a couple months back, I started to like the idea of having that open space there. There is a metal bracket that kind of sticks out of the sides that holds the plastics in place like that. I'm thinking of trying to use that as some type of little compartment space.
      Simply get a pack with some Velcro straps and wrap them around that bar and then put the plastics back on with the zippers pointing upwards. That would give you two compartments and fill that space in so you don't look down and straight up see the ground
