- 30 Minute Beginner Upper Body & Cardio | 3 Repeater - I love a 3 repeater workout! We will take one upper body strength exercise, hit it for 30 seconds x 3, then move onto a cardio exercise. Almost feels like a no repeat!

Good full body workout. I like these beginner workouts because anyone when can do them and it’s easy to add jumps and heavier weights for a more advanced version.
