She met the queen in the first one, so why would she be surprised to see herself? BUT the queen does look like a young alice (but they're sisters so they could have looked similar or even the same younger) and the art book says it's alice (so ive heard)

I believe Anni Long reprised her role as the Red Queen. Jo Whitefield voiced Nan Sharpe. Also it is interesting like Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland that the Queen of Hearts is mistook as the Red Queen. Her castle and Alice's Royal Suit dress proves likewise.
