I am confused on how much water to mix with Mapei products, I saw one of your older videos where you used 5 gallons for 3 bags, but Mapei says use only 5-5.28 quarts per bag = 4 gallons water maximum for 3 bags. Did they change something since you made that video? I will only have one chance to get it right so I need to be accurate. From your experience which is the correct amount of water for best results? Thank you
Follow instructions from Mapei. Before start leveling try one or two bags in the lower spots with different amounts of water, than you will see how much water needs to add. Also don’t forget insulate all cracks and gaps under the wall to avoid any leaks and good luck with your project!
