Literally every permet enhanced person who died, which means nearly every single named character from the prequel onward, turned out to not actually be dead and had their minds saved and stored in the permet of Absolute Zero. And then it EXPLODED, scattering its Permet and rendering all of them effectively immortal. It's literally the least sad ending in the entirety of Gundam since G Gundam. Almost every person in the show got to have a happy ending or at least redemption, including the terrorists.

God, the chorus of the Aerial 2.0 theme really brings out the destructive and violent tones of Aerial’s capabilities. The chorus combined with the animation makes this one of my favourite moments in media. You really feel the sense of god-like power and forces of destruction, and yet the protagonist doesn’t yet know how dangerous they are in the grand scheme of the plot and over-arching story.
I recently rewatched the first episode and noticed it was the same music from the first launch. The music in this scene was already amazing, but that's some extra spice
If we take it philosophically, Aerial's original clean lines and general friendly look for the masses has changed for the more classic angular and war driven look of a Gundam. It's like a wolf who finally took its sheep clothing off.

I love this 1:42. The new newtype flash effects feels really good here. Especially with the shudders Sophie did, makes it like her newtype senses are tingling, since they never showed any body language when newtyple flash happen

敵のパイロット(少女)にムラっ気あり過ぎですね。ドラマだからいいんですけど。個人的には無駄口叩いていないでもっと戦闘に集中して欲しいかも。ガトリングビーム砲持っているけどガンビットに防がれていて、逆にエアリアルがビームサーベルで接近戦に持ち込んでいる。
