This is a fantastic podcast interviewing the sleep expert, ! I have been suffered Insomnia for many years, and start my CBT- I therapy and it's very effective as the interview describe, i'm now back to my normal sleep for average 7 hours daily. I highly recommand all the insomnia community try this therapy instead taking the sleeping pills...... thank you for sharing this valuable information to the public especially Chinese community !!
