I'm Thai, you got the main point of the song. I'll tell what's going on in details. It'll be quite long, so brace yourself:
Evalia is the goddess of the Ganges River. Her duty is to cleanse the souls of their memory and send them into reincarnation system, where they will be reborn and pay for their good and bad deeds with their respective victims (karma). However, having sent countless souls has caused loneliness to grow inside her heart, so, she decided to keep some of the souls, from multiple time periods(notice the clothes of the men came from different era in Thailand).
THIS, however, destroy the 3 world(heaven, human world, hell) ecosystem. Good deeds aren't being rewarded and heinous acts goes unpunished. Why? Well let's say A robbed B, A will be robbed or punished in one way or another by B or someone else. Another case, C saves D life, in the future he will helped when he is in trouble. If Evalia keeps their souls, A will go unpunished(he won't go to hell) and C will be unrewarded(he won't go to hell). Everyone is linked through the karmic cycles, thus damaging catasthrophic damage.
Eventually her actions caused chaos in all three realm and Vaiśravaṇa(ท้าวเวสุวรรณ) the thai giant god who protected the human race, has to come down and confisicated her of powers. The scene you see a bunch of debris in the water is her destroyed abode(Most deity have their respective abodes) representing her stripped title. At the end you could even see a ruined old thai wooden house next to her. He cursed her so she will stayed down at the bottom of the Ganges river forever. The hands that were pulling her down are one of the souls she imprisoned, their hand shrivelled and rotten under the water. Also, the men who she imprisoned came from different thai folklore e.g. Chalawan.

In this song, she is some kind of goddess of river, she have to clean people soul before they go to their afterlife realm. Anyway, she struck with this job for too long, it cause she feel so lonely and start to collect people soul with her charm spell. The fire that you mentioned, actually is a soul. You could see in the dance part, once the man gone/ change to other man, there will be one more soul above her head. Everything she made lead her to be punished, she was cursed to be on the bottom of the river all alone forever.

The angry dude at 4:09 might be their depiction of Lord Vessuwan . He is one of the four keepers of the world (known as the four heavenly kings in some places) in thai's buddhish beliefe. A Yaksha (giant) who rules over the spirits both holy and evil. He is also commonly worshipped by the sharmans and medieums in thailand.
คงคา is name of one god that we believe
But the story that you see is not the real story of this god is just the story they write up that get inspired from คงคา
And the dance part yes is thai traditional dance. In the part we use to dance to celebrate in some festival you can go and ask the girls you like to dance with (is kinda like confessions)

@@DARKCOREABC123 The language is not Thai though, it is old Sanskrit mantra since Thailand was influenced from Ancient India and hinduism.
Her song name khong kha that is a water god that thai people believe also pronounce the same as still there in thai langauge (i am not sure what it call in english) and at 3:17 is real word to worship khong kha i think it is pali langauge

Creator believe that it is because they didnt worship khong kha before doing it

I'm Thai People
There is no clear legend in the song. It's a new story. Even though the song talks about the word Ganga, which has a similar name to the Goddess Ganga. Mother of the River But Thailand doesn't like to claim itself as a god that actually has people revering it. And in the song it doesn't say that she is the Goddess of the Ganges. But there is the word Ganga in the meaning of river. and using words that sound the same but have different meanings to talk about things that are still unresolved
Because this song is not a real legend, it is fiction. Each person can interpret it independently. For me The part I added is that it seems like it's because she's responsible for cleansing dead souls in the water to be reborn. She will have more desire for people to be with her. Until she used her power to flood the village so that people would die and keep their soul come to live with her. This action is considered to be a serious matter. Thao Wessuwan must come down and seal her power The multitude of hands represents the reflection of karma. That her have broke the balance of the three worlds and her must pay the price ( the hand that came to pull her)

Leave it up to free interpretation. Just like what is commonly done in games or songs in modern times. who likes to leave messages for people to think and interpret for themselves And it's even more difficult when you're a foreigner. Because the understanding of culture and stories is less than that of the owner of the culture. But I believe you can do it.
