Carlo the type of dude to randomly show up at your place and have a cup of coffee to see how you're doing....I think he's actually done something very similar to Rudiger lol
even Vinicius soon as Carlo came in it changed
Ancelotti helps the young players of Real Madrid find homes close to each other, so that they can spend evenings together and bond over it. He makes them go on vacations together to each other's homeland during breaks. He does these little things that the new managers haven't grasped yet.
@@Chip_Fuse including the cheating bald fraud who makes players like robots and gets rid of them like objects when they no longer want to listen to him
Early in my career - Pep. Once established - Carlo
This Is the right answer.
What carreer
The only correct answer to me pep will refine your game fix the details in your game but Carlo will treat you like the adult you are and cover you like a father would do.
Good answer. Never even thought about it that way
@@Jaheeem the hypothetical one
Probably Carlo because he’s a cool guy and he’s been making Ballon d’or winners since the 90s
😅 meanwhile pep created a monster who alone has more ballan dor than country's.
lol I didn’t say Pep doesn’t coach ballon d’or winners. I just said Carlo has coached more
He's just whining @@pianomerchant1830
@@ayush9534 Really Messi had finished 2nd behind CR7 in the Ballon dor b4 Pep Arrived, so don't pretend he wasn't already on his way to being the best he had finished 3rd behind CR7 and Kaka the yr b4 that 1. Let's not give too much credit, Messi went 91 goals with pep gone he became the best playmaker and goalscorer without him, he was always going to be great.
@@ayush9534 watch 9 year old messi play, pep did nothing
Simple answer:
For any naturally talented player, he would choose Carlo. Since he provides freedom to showcase your talent.
For a less talented player, he would choose Pep, as his tactics might make you deadly without much skills
very well put
Indeed. Lol.
Clearly you never seen AC Milan play
Less talented like KDB, Foden, Messi, Xavier, Iniesta etc...?
@russellward4624 or like, Zlatan, Muller, Robert, Yaya You're, Eto , Ronaldinho, aguero etc etc.. Xavi is a tactics player, Messi though exceptional was a teenager, Iniesta is a magician .
I think Carlo provides talented players with a lot of freedom, allowing them to experiment and shine. Pep can turn you from a good player to an amazing player under his strict tactical approach. Personally I would enjoy playing under Carlo.
Pep turns good players into robots. In his teams he only leaves one or two persons the freedom to be creative. The rest are robots.
@@davidej6310 still turns them into really good players tho, guess that's the tradeoff.
@@AJftwlol You have to be already really good to play for Guardiola. He just has the best winning SYSTEM. But there is no freedom for the players. Don't get me wrong. I'm not underestimating him at all. As an aside, this is the paradox of Guardiola. He is Cruyff's greatest student. At the same time he discarded the aspect of Cruyff's system that made it so beloved. He took the fundamentals of Cruyff's system and discarded the creative freedom of total football.
@@davidej6310yeah, I’d trade becoming a consistent world class player than one that feeds on vibes.
Pep hasn’t really turned anyone in anything. Most players are the same before and after Pep. It is just during Pep. Everyone who left city are now average players.
Its not always tactics that matter in football. Ofcourse pep is a genius but Ancelotti is not a average manager. He experimented several playstyles earlier in his career. Especially with 4-4-2 diamond with Kaka at No.10. that was successful AC Milan won UCL and Kaka won ballon d'or.And most players thrive to their best under Acelloti like Ronaldo,Kaka, Vini,Bale, Benzema and now Bellingham etc. managing egos in dressing room is the most important factor as well. Pep is a tactical genius but Ancelotti is a Balance between Tactics,Composure, Management and friendship.
Personally Carlo Ancellotti he has human qualities and decency
Carlo is very likable I heard the reason RM extended his contract was because he very well liked by the players they all love him
Ancelotti 100%
Carlo because he’s able to use the power of friendship and it works
Yea I think I’m more into the Carlo style, the type of players he’s been able to develop. Being able to switch from one generation of players to the next, and he’s been almost everywhere 👍🏿
Not always tho, like when he was in Bayern.
Carlo is laid back and chill more my speed
@@Burgessr if klopp goes there, they’d be really set, I kinda hope he goes to Barca, but I feel like it really don’t matter any coach if good enough can win the Champions league, I see why you saying a German coach tho, for the German coaches, I mean look at Tuchel, would you comfortably say he is going to the Champions League?
People just forget the pre-Madrid ancelotti career 😂
It depends on the kind of player that you are..if you are an average player, with strength, speed and willingness to learn you stick with guardiola...but if you are a skillful, technical player and talented, go with ancelotti
I don't understand Pep's barking "commit commit commit", gold digger of a manager who always runs for rich club.
As a New Guy Pep Cuz he helps players to reach that world.class status, when i am already established then Carlo cuz he gives u more freedom on pitch.
Don Carlo, this coming from a Barca supporter. His youngsters always flourish.
Carlo gives you the ball..and let you do your thing..
Pep gives you the ball and make you play the way he wants
Exactly. And pep’s way wins
@@v02ones59 no it doesn't.
Don Carlo any day
Very easy Ancelotti. Its not only about football its also about whats happening outside training and matches were Ancelotti truly shines.
He seems have personal relationship with all players. Even the bench players are excited and happy with him.
Definitely Ancelotti! He has won everything as a player and coach and on top of that he is not a toxic person even when he doesnt like some player
I respect Pep but I would have to say Carlo Carlo seems cool easy going and likable like he'd be your coach but also your friend Pep would drive me crazy
Carlo is a genius and a father figure/ manmanager, would rather play for him if I was a player I feel . Pep is a genius but not a fun person to work for... You can win titles for both managers I feel, so it stands to reason to pick the manager that is nicer to work for.
I’d be bored playing for Pep as you have to be something of a drone, with creativity stifled. Just look at Grealish. He was a joy to watch at Villa.
As great as pep is his micromanaging can really turn some players off. Ancelloti is a better balance
I respect Pep but he would drive me crazy he seems more humane and personable like you could talk to hi Pep just seems very intense lol unless you like that kind of personality it would turn you off
@@Model_Roe agreed
He also quickly gets rid of players if they don't exactly match up to the way he wants to play. He's incapable of moulding a player over a period of time.
@@jaysmith2858 Pep is very overbearing its either his way or the highway if you are somebody I assume who likes being told what to do and does not want to challenge the system youd do well under him but if youre a more creative free flowing player I think he would drive them nuts thats why Im glad Jude did not sign with Man City I could easily see him and Pep clashing lol not to mention Jude does not put with mess form people hed probably fight Pep Carlo to me is more patient and will actually work with players he does not give up on anybody even if the world is saying sack such and such player Carlo ignores them and puts the time into molding that player until they reach their potential he did thats with Vini and Rodrygo thats why hes my favorite coach
@@jaysmith2858i think he is trying to get rid off De Bruyne and bring in Paqueta
Carlo❤❤ is great
Mourinho because his players are fiercely loyal. Maybe Wenger also.
Rivaldo shenanigan at the corner kick was during 2002 world cup, not 1998 WC.
Carlo anyday
Don Carlo
I think Carlo gives more freedom to the players. He failed at Bayern what I don't understand it. He is great.
I personally feel like Anceloti is more demanding on player's experience but Pep is more technical on pitch
That is to be expected, because in a great club like Real Madrid, there arises a need to keep everything in motion. The media, the club staff, the players' well being...that's the role of the "manager". Tactical management comes after that, and of course, there are specialist coaches as well to train the game aspects.
Most players hate strict rules and discipline hence they would love to play under Carlo😅
Not Hazard, though.
@@Chip_Fusehazard was long washed before Carlo arrived he can't take him over vini
One coach is an instant winner who actually delivers regardless of what he is given. In Carlo's 2 stints at Madrid, he won the UCL in every 1st season...no other manager does that like he did. Carlo literally uses whatever hand he is dealt and makes the most of it while also growing the players. Look at the 2021/22 UCL run, no other manager pulls that off unless you are Carlo. This season as well...half the starting line up and the entire defense were on injuries, the man still made it work and taught players new roles. Everyone in Carlo's team can play almost anywhere because he lets them play like we all play in the streets. No one plays in 1 position only...we make the most of what we have. Thats the type of football coach i would genuinely want to play for. The one who makes me play a similar way to the way that made me fall in love with the game, not the one who only develops me to the best of his system and not necessarily my ability.
The beginning of the show with Dan's dream>>>>>
😂😂😂
if I was a player, I would probably want to play for Ancelotti. I can see myself falling out with somebody like Pep. great coach but very annoying.
Ancelotti cuz not only you will achieve success he's also very well connected with players pep and his team are like that villain team Soccer sholin
Ancelotti is like Cus D'Amato. Enough said.
It would be tougher playing for Pep, but ultimately, I think it would be more rewarding! His demands are crazy, and are much higher…but so are the rewards! 4 out of 5 leagues, and a treble with Man City. A treble with Barca, and a 7 trophy season with arguably the best club team ever!
Barcelona cheated to win league titles
They both are great tactician
People who don't wanna play for Pep would've been on the bench anyway 😂
Carlo made 4 player a Ballon dor winner, 5 if vini wins in the future. So Carlo any day of the week
Don Carlo.
Pep is not a genius. He managed clubs with lot of money Barca, Bayern and City. Seriously that Pepe being a Genius is insane to me. Let Pep manage Roma or a club with limited financial capabilities and watch
Jealously is killing you
hahahahhhha oh the tears
He needs a squad full of quality players who can play exactly the way he wants them to. If they don't quickly show that they can play the way he would like, he gets rid of them asap. He's incapable of being patient and moulding/improving a player who is rough around the edges
Why would anyone want to degrade? Teams with bigger budgets don’t just employ anyone. Do you think it was Mourinho’s wish that he was at Roma or Ancelotti’s wish that he was at Everton?😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@BC-mj7gj in life we respect people who started from the bottom. Pep is like that kid who dad Ali’s rich and gave him CEO title with no experience

Carlo lets you express yourself on the pitch, if you are a talented footballer and want to express yourself then you'd play with Ancelloti.
imagine, a player like Gundogan left the club when the club was in its best performance, captain of teh club. won the treble etc. it must be very stressful playing for guardiola. so, yeah, don carlo for me.
Definitely pep cause if you're willing to work hard he'll bring the best out in you....
Pep may be intense but it works!!!
Ask frank anything to do with anything ever connected to Madrid that’s debatable and he will go against it
Carlo
I would rather play for Don Carlo every day of the week and twice on Sunday
Dan's dream tho😅
The question should be Ancelotti or Ferguson
Anceloti of course 😊
You see that mostly defenders or midfielders become managers .
The best ones are midfielders, just look at Ancelotti, Guardiola, Zidane, Conte, Alonso and Arteta, just a few off the top of my head
Ancelotti👌
Pep. He would keep one playing at their prime a lot longer. To that point, he evolved Rodri & Busquets into legends.
Several players hated Pep. Yaya, Ibra, Fabregas, Dante etc.
Don't even put rodri and busquets in the same stance 😂

Pep will turn an average role player into a beast, but at the cost of your individual freedom as a player. Ancelotti thrives with already world class players and lets them play how they want. It makes them hard to predict, but easy to break through defensively. If you're a world class player, choose Carlo. If you're a role player, choose Pep.
With pep more trophies sure but with Carlo, you could have a good time even un loss
Carlo a better manager and as a player than the bald fraud not to mention AC milan was bigger than Barcelona during both of their playing days
Xabi Alonso who doing well right now - had many legendary managers. He said: Pep was the best one.
Personally I rank SAF, Pep and Ancelotti very very high (ofc there are many others too, its a matter of personal choice here)
He never said pep was the best one stop the lies. He said each of them have their own way of seeing how football was played.pep for his tactical philosophy, ancelotti his man management skills and Mourinho his physical and defensive approach. Shame
Dan is so traumatised at this point 🤣
If I'm an up and coming player, Pep. He would make a player develop tactically and consider how best to use strengths and weaknesses in various game scenarios.
If I was already an established player, then Carlo. The onus would be on him to play me as he sees fit.
They need to hold the person choosing the questions to more accountability. I have seen this question on here at least 4 times.
Pep destroys careers
Pep is the master. he can change a player , he is the most innovative manager in the game. others like KLOPP and Ancelotti may be successful in winning tittles but that's it
For me it goes: Klopp, Bielsa, Ancelotti, then Guardiola.
Craig burley never gives enough credit to a world cup winner like Frank , by pointing at R9s injury craig simply meant that it was R9’s lack of fitness not frank’s or France’s defensive quality.
Issue football is a job for these players. People forget that. Very few have the option to “play for passion”.
A player like Kylian has now racked up a decent amount of money, that the money aspect of PSG is no more exciting. Not like his Real contract would be peanuts.
That’s why Kane would have zero complaints having a club like Bayern as “only option” regardless of the phase they are in.
Would I rather play for a guy who openly hates blacks and Africans or play for Carlo?? Is that a trick question??
So petty some delulus 😆
I love Dan trying to wind up the pundits..usually Stevie is his number one target .. without Stevie ,Craig is his usual suspects..😅😅😅😅😂😂
i don't like counter attacking/defensive football so i would play for Pep.He only strict you if your not good enough in your play style.
That's because he's incapable of moulding/improving a player who doesn't immediately demonstrate they can play the way he wants them to.
I am not surprised when a network like espn choses pep over a more accomplished coach like Ancelotti shows the fix is in
Pep has won 2 trebles!! “Fix”?? 😂

Carlo does not develop players he takes over alreadyv made teams and wins with them. Pep actually has philosophy he implements with hand picked players.
Pep so I can score against arsenal.
Guardiola is not 'a genius'. He requires a stacked squad that he can add to with very expensive and highly paid players that perfectly fit the way he wants to play.
Pep did it in Epl period 🙏
Easu Ancelotti no discussion 😊
Arteta other twos are history
Carlo is winning without his center backs or #1 keeper. Pep COULD NEVER
Pep has struggled to win in Europe despite spending billions. Pep is very overrated

Pep. Under Carlo too many players disappeared. Even Mourinho is much better. Ask the owner who invested in the club.

Pep is THE GOAT ..No one can touch him
I think you spelt Carlo wrong
In the last 14 years he trained clubs who were favorites to win the Champions league ....he only won 1.....if thats the GOAT, im Michael Jordan
Pep’s a fraud. Inherited Rijkaards Barca, stole Cruyffs tactics, moved to prebuilt Bayern where he failed to win the UCL, now at City who have spent more money than God. He is not even on Mourinhos level who I rate below many managers, Mourinho won the UCL with Porto… PORTO.
