Very nice !! We want to do the same way between the mast from the ,,Katrine“Randoy 29 (norske Jagt). It is a good way !! Thank‘s a lot ,for all your nice Videos ! best regards from north Germany,Matthias
I’m going to try this using the wrap with Velcro instead of clips, to see if I can skip the sewing step. What do you think? Will it work or will it fail miserably?
I was sorry when I used Thompsons water seal on my canvas boot because it actually caused the canvas to rot prematurely. This is a much better approach.
WOW ! This is sooo much better than the other "How To" videos I've seen to redo our main mast boot. Thank you so for this!!!!
Friend, I just found your channel and I love it. This is great! Ty and keep posting!

This is the way all how-to videos should be. Thorough, showing entire process-no filler dog shots, what’s for lunch…. Thanks- I’m trying it now
Great. Easy to follow. You are a teacher!!!
The top looks crooked. I like the system though.
Still here watching
Going to do same for my mast, will send pictures
I’m on this this weekend.

Inspiring.

flex seal has always broken my heart in salt water environments.
Where did you get that cool looking fork you were using on the last video?
My dinner fork? I actually had a blacksmith friend make all my flatware for me.
Who knew!! Totally cool 😎!
Damn cool process. How long do you think it will last?
Love the look thinking of attempting to do on an aluminum oval mast just worried have u ever tried removing the stuff?
Removal is pretty easy, you simply use a plastic scraper blade and it will come off no problem without scratching your mast.
Hi Matt O. Have you tried it on your oval aluminum mast? How did it go? This looks like a great technic, thank you for sharing!
@@manonsorais6592 no haven’t yet may if I begin to see leaking from the mast step
@@MattO109 I think I will try it at the end of June, I'll let you know how it goes.
@@manonsorais9037 cool! Looking forward to see it!
