    I’m going to try this using the wrap with Velcro instead of clips, to see if I can skip the sewing step. What do you think? Will it work or will it fail miserably?

    Love the look thinking of attempting to do on an aluminum oval mast just worried have u ever tried removing the stuff?

      Removal is pretty easy, you simply use a plastic scraper blade and it will come off no problem without scratching your mast.

    I was sorry when I used Thompsons water seal on my canvas boot because it actually caused the canvas to rot prematurely. This is a much better approach.
