@lesterado haha i bet they go to their sanshou/sanda moves when they fight for real , forms are just for fitness and gives you a rough idea on combat moves in motion, but never for fighting. All chinese fighters use sanda now trust me , its even called "shaolin kickxobing"(sanshou) now pretty cool

@Bravalin No one is undefeatable bro, anyone can but its just that we dont know WHO is the person that can beat them ..... yet. But i know someone out there CAN and WILL beat a shaolin monk one day. =)
I wonder if they move like that during real fights. Or do they end up doing kickboxing like everyone else.
