I feel like I’ve been vacillating between being angry and freaked the fuck out at how bad shit is and the in the other hand I’m being still and trusting in the process and knowing I’m being held by spirit. Thank you Zachary for this community so much we need you during this difficult time.
Although I know that is causing anxiety it is perfectly natural to be feeling fear. Fear arises when things are uncertain with the message to "pay attention! Things are uncertain!". Reminding myself that this is why fear is present really does help to move it through. You're doing a good job, I promise 😘
OMG! Same here… in one moment I am crying and freaking out and wondering how the worse shit is happening in my life and I don’t even know how to start to fix or do anything??? Then in the next moment I am doing breathing exercises and chanting: Trust the process. The two extremes are almost maddening and contradict one another. I hate that anyone else is going through the same and I wish we all had a way to bring our energy together to lift us out from this negative, dark, sad, hurtful energy. Please know you are not alone… I lost the right to my kids, lost my job as a psych RN, and about to lose my apartment and will probably be living in my car by the end of all of this… things are bad for those of us who have sensitive energy that has not been guided or taught how to tap into our higher gifts. Thankfully we have TH-cam.
