Unfortunately, with Fey Wanderer, the Tasha's version already gave you Summon Fey as "always prepared" as part of Level 11's Fey Reinforcements feature. That means, in the 2024 version, you may offset the loss of always-prepared Dispel Magic by getting Summon Fey at Levels 9 and 10, but for Levels 11-20 you simply have one less spell prepared than Tasha's did.
