I see all of these comments hating on Opie, but for me the whole appeal of the show is the chemistry (or lack thereof) of the whole group. Every show that came out of the demise of O&A is a chore to listen to in comparison to this stuff.

Opie would definitely steamroll a good bit every now and then, and he wasn't very funny, but I'll take any old episode of O&A over listening to Anthony Cumia and Gavin McInnes trade racist anecdotes, or even worse, the Chip Chipperson show
Well, the problem with J&S and Cumia show is that Norton and Anthony is separated. The whole chemistry thing was those two, together. Opie didn’t contribute to that. If we had a Jim & Anthony Show, it would be ideal.

When they took away the studio audience, they should have known management was trying to run the show into the ground. That audience really adds something to the show. The guys can really gauge what’s working and it makes for a better show, imo.
