A MASSIVE part in how information sounds depends on one small facet: who approached who. Because Mary approached the customers, they took it as a warning. If they had approached her about it, It would've just sounded like an answer. While I was working as a security guard, that was rule #1. Answer questions, but never volunteer information, unless it is actually a warning.
That Mary was truly a tornado. I cant imagine her controlling home life. She was trying her best to get the customers to be against you and you're son. In some places employees would flat out be fired for that engaging action.

When dealing with hostile postal workers, ask the name of their MPOO (pronounce it "EM-poo") and tell them you'll be calling them. MPOO is the Master of Post Office Operations and they are responsible for entire areas and they're the superior of all area Postmasters.
What a great conversation especially when you point out how the postal lady wants you to just do as she says. The subjective view is more harmful regarding "rights" than almost any other limitation we have as citizens. Learning what is and is not lawful before demanding any action of another person is imperitive. We can not move forward until everyone invests in their own liberties. Thanks gents. @@tekkenfan01 not sure I can mate. They train you to be angry then let me loose when I left. I was jailed for ABH. Most of the lads I was with were military. No excuses.. I did wrong. But it’s not a coincidence the jail population here are those that killed legally. To be introduced with no support to the community with no help.

A MASSIVE part in how information sounds depends on one small facet: who approached who. Because Mary approached the customers, they took it as a warning. If they had approached her about it, It would've just sounded like an answer. While I was working as a security guard, that was rule #1. Answer questions, but never volunteer information, unless it is actually a warning.

When dealing with hostile postal workers, ask the name of their MPOO (pronounce it "EM-poo")
and tell them you'll be calling them. MPOO is the Master of Post Office Operations and they are responsible for entire areas and they're the superior of all area Postmasters.
